At launch the PS4 version of ghosts had what people thought was framerate issues, but were instead instances where the framerate went beyond 60 fps. That bug has now been fixed and there are no more framerate issues on the ps4 version.
That's a lie. Framerate is worse in the multiplayer on PS4 (this is a whole separate issue from the launch judder on the PS4 version). Of course, it's because it renders at 1080p while the XB1 version does not, but please stop repeating the lie that the PS4 multiplayer isn't worse than on XB1. Repeating a lie enough doesn't make it true, and this lie has been repeated too much already.
I'm more impressed you can spot 1-3fps differences judging from your previous post.
There's nothing impressive about detecting dropped frames. They are very noticeable, but the bottom line is the PS4 version (IN MULTPLAYER) does more than drop 1-3 frames here and there.
