Well, there's a few reasons.
Shadow Fall was Steven der Heide's first role as game director. The new IP is under Mathijs de Jonge, who's more experienced. (KZ2,3,Liberation)
John Gonzales is lead-writer for the new IP. That's a good thing, considering that that's always been seen as one of Guerilla's flaws.
The only missing link for Guerilla right now is their game design, which as of this moment, we don't know who's in charge for New IP. The only guy we know as the lead designer there is Eric Boltes, who worked on SF.
I love Killzone: Shadow Fall's campaign. I must have beat it like five times now. lol
People have different tastes. But its my favorite console shooter since...Idk Riddick.
I can't wait to see what they've got cooking! Its going to be *SO GOOD*.

I think we will definitely get a Gravity Rush 2 title as the big title for Vita and maybe one other 3rd party "AAA" title.

If they've landed on a business plan, I think the chances are pretty good.
The elephant-in-the-room for PSNow is the monetisation of the service. They cannot afford for the service to be seen as a terribad value from the get-go.

take battlefield and put it in a sci fi/ space environment and you have Planet side 2. it's why I'm excited for it
It was on the PSP/PS2 as Jak And Daxter: The Lost Frontier. Never played it since the controls were heavily modified for the PSPs single stick.

Also really interested in seeing Order 1886 again, Project Beast, and Witcher 3. I am sceptical that Guerilla, SSM, Bend, or even MM will show anything, but I think Sony should do a blow out. Last E3 they played it very safe.
