Xbone already works without Kinect.

That doesn't mean they don't have to create an new sku (packaging, etc.) for the kinectless Xbone. That does take time for both the factories to repackage them and to ship them over here. What I'm curious about is how early ago did MS decide to go kinectless in regards to their announcement Tuesday.

Oddly enough, I do too, and I generally consider myself one of the huge Nintendo fans. The Vita is my most played system this year so it's sad to see it sell this way.

Hmm, that estimate still doesn't beat some of the 360's highs, which does make me wonder if it's a case of being front loaded there too or not. We'll probably see in the long term once supply constraints on older hardware and libraries for current hardware are no longer key differentiators.

See this makes more sense, tho it's a little off. XBO sales should account for less b/c most of those 115k were the bundles (some up to $100 off). Which means Either 360, 3DS or PS3 did more numbers. That PS4 # looks spot-on tho.

Best selling next-gen game on its own not able to chart NPD Top 10 yet this month.

Also btw, Infamous : SS sold over 1,000,000 and is the best selling of the series. So, it did very well for Sucker Punch.

It's cool if you add up the total money made from each platform then subtract that total from 192 million $ then divide what's left by 400$ you get something around 210,750. Since the WiiU numbers weren't it will probably be around 180k.

Sure, all hope is lost for it to make a recovery in the west. But I've come to terms with it and am fine with the zombie-like state it is in now, getting lots of indie support and japanese localizations.

It's the exact opposite of the AAA industry standard and that's the appeal for many of us.

If it's above 200k (200k-250k) it's still pretty decent. Sub 200k (150k-180k) and it's not exactly great, still a lot better than everything else.
