Man, I actually envy you. Most of the fun of Smash games for is discovering characters and series I never tried out/knew about before, but this time I pretty much know every newcomer and I already played all the new series represented here.

Well, except Shulk, if he's in.

This is actually how I was going into brawl with a lot of the characters there. I was in just for snake but I found my love for fire emblem from playing brawl and liking Ike. It's just crazy how I thought I was at a decent spot but nope not at all. Going to be learning new stuff once again.

I'd be down with Rundas. Either him, Sylux or Weavel. The latter needs more of a role in Metroid; an equal rival from the Space Pirates is the kind of recurring villain that Samus could have.

I think they're holding off on it because Weavel's basically Metroid's answer to Master Chief and giving him wiggle room outside of an uncommonly-heard of spinoff might raise some eyebrows. Then again, Halo 4 got Metroid Prime as shit in some cases, so...

Well, there's a reason for that.

Sadly, nobody's followed up on this, and I get the feeling nobody ever will. Poor Sylux will perpetually be hanging out in the Delano trailing Samus and doing nothing.

Just wait until Genndy Tartakovsky's Metroid: Predators animated series that takes place after the events of Fusion and Sylux finally catches up to her while she's trying to evade the now-pissed-off Galactic Federation.

The challenger approaching for Metaknight is still up on the website. So I wouldn't expect a reveal. Best we can hope for is a new 3DS stage which can confirm or discredit the stage select leak at least.

I disagree. Why outright debunk it? Why not let it build up in people's minds that this is quiet possibly the final roster, and then after a short while, BAM, anything can happen again?

I'm just saying. After Greninja, Palutena and Pac-Man were revealed, it was widely believed that Chrom, Shulk and Chorus Men were all but confirmed. Even though it was never stated to be the final roster, for some reason lots of people took it that way and speculation kind of stagnated, which wasn't all bad seeing as it decreased the amount of really out there predictions.

Even though it was never stated to be the final roster, for some reason lots of people took it that way and speculation kind of stagnated, which wasn't all bad seeing as it decreased the amount of really out there predictions.

With the DLC, it's a great roster and I'd love for it to be real. Without DLC it has too many cuts of characters I love for me to be totally satisfied. It's a shame about that awful, awful stage select though. I don't want it to he real because of that.

If the leak is real, I have a hard time believing the DLC isn't. Having Smash Run enemies from both Ice Climber and Rhythm Heaven without even having a stage in the 3DS version strikes me as being extremely odd. Even if you say that Yellow Ghost doesn't have a playable character from its series because Miis are Smash Bros reps, there's at least a Find Mii stage, so the series is represented in other manners.

Well, I guess it's less about this DLC leak, and more "if this is real, Ice Climbers and a Rhythm Heaven character are definitely coming."

Except for Squeak Squad (where you could still equip one before the fight), but we don't count Squeak Squad.

You could make the case that he did it because opening Dark Zero's prison is a bad idea, period, but that's dumb and Squeak Squad is dumb.
