Update: Still no power when I left the house nearly three hours ago. As for the Gamestop I had planned on going to tomorrow night: Tried calling them during the afternoon and nobody picked up, so it looks like their power is out too :/

I may be late and someone else might have said this, but I'm pretty sure PS4 vs. Xbox One sold-through numbers are in line with this. Roughly 3 to 1. So this is completely expected, right?

Despite my insane hype, I know when MCC hits, every other game is taking a back seat.
I'll still get CoD and play Destiny but not very often. Even my girlfriend said that she'll happily let me have a day or two with it with no interruptions.
There are roughly one of us for every three of you.
The exclusives don't help, but I honestly don't care. The strike is all that bugs me. There are enough multiplayer maps and weapons and outfits. Not enough strikes for them to lock one away.
Oh well...

I think Bungie is near and dear to a lot of us Xbox gamers. I'm almost buying this game because I love what bungie does and I want to see what they have to put on the table now that they have a new project with such a large scope.
EDIT: of course I'm just speaking of myself. I can't speak for all xbox one owners. It must be that "<3 Bungie" they always so lovingly post. hahaha

It's been presented as the place to play Destiny. Going forward there's new content with every expansion. Combine that with the sales ratio of the boxes, and it's a given.
the pvp map is all that bothers me. thankfully its old russia recycled assets rather then something that looks truly new. yes, i'm trying to justify why its ok to be missing out on this content
