France > Germany confirmed?
maybe German publishers aren't interested?

edit: dragon is old news and it was decided to be poo

I would like you to say that when facing the dragon

But a crappy German Simulator Sale would be nice, still missing some of them :p

Edit: Next week would be a good moment for a German indie sale because of the German Unity Day

Try this:

Lol I should have changed the red on the flag to green too.

lol :D

luckily thats not really a problem anymore these days except for a handful, and mostly ignorable, games

and it was never as bad as people outside of Germany think it was, lots of misconceptions

Good thing that crap isn't much of a thing anymore, I remember hearing about it a lot a few years ago.

So I'm playing Arkham Asylum and get stuck in the geometry while picking up one of the Riddler's maps and the Riddler says "maps are always helpful when you get stuck".

Somewhat steam related, I'm tempted to pick Dark Dungeons movie from gog.

my Oops is orange, and I prefer it that way
they didn't changed that, did they?! They wouldn't dare!

Why Dragons and not Dragons Dogma?
why not both?

This isn't exactly Steam related but it is PC game related, but Space Engine is absolutely insane, I played it for the first time yesterday and meant to post about it today, I'm in awe of how they make that game work, every thing I clicked had it's own solar system and every planet had a surface that can be explored. I would love to see that technology in an actual space game like Star Citizen or something. If you haven't tried it, check it out.

I think you've let a few too many bundles and summer sales get to your head, bro. €10 is an entirely reasonable price for a game, all things considered.
Nah. I love shmup, i don't mind dropping 15€ for Astebreed for example.
I wouldn't mind if they had put some effort into this release, but Raiden 3 is just a port of an old pc version and with limited graphical options.

Curators need to get fixed big time.
At this point it's just worthless mini reviews above the real reviews. That's if its even a review at all.

Steam: Ride the Lightning, buy Raiden.

Now, wish they could put up Raiden IV and at least put some effort to it, like Steam achievements...

Raiden IV has been screaming for "dat Steam edition"...

edit: I noticed Greenlight has been nothing but phased out of the new main store page. Considering it's been almost two months without a batch being picked up... Guess it's going away quite soon.

I just remembered that PC versions of the Shikigami no Shiro games exist.

Come on Alfa Systems, you also want a portion of that sweet steam money!

I feel like, once again, Valve overestimated it' users.

But this is the most predictable outcome to anytime users are given control of creating some kind of content. In fact, I'm pretty sure there was a talk Gabe Newell gave a talk on curation of the store as well as other talks on user made content, and some of the outcomes being similar. I'd guess this is exactly as the Tags were, and the situation isn't going to change for a month or two

How about: In order to qualify as a Curator you need a minimum of 15 steam reviews that have been marked as helpful.

I was stoked about the curation feature because I thought I would discover or find new games to actually play and stuff. Then, as soon as I start browsing, the troll "curators" and such brought back the memories of the initial stages of Greenlight, the Workshop and the tags.

Valve never learns when it comes to this stuff. You need to put some stricter rules or people start abusing things to kingdom come. But Valve plays the waiting game: once people get tired of the new toy, they'll stop trolling, that's when they start acting. Guess it's not that bad of an approach in the long run. I think...

But it's like they don't take the extra second to think 'ok, what pitfalls could this system have' and work them out before they release it. Makes them look amateurish and always on the back foot.

oh god it's coming

i ain't paying 70 bucks for a game, not a fucking chance. any game that is 70 bucks is not getting bought day 1. 'cept the next elder scrolls.

At my local Target, by the check out they have Sims 4 for $80. I saw person after person walk up, pick up a box and then put it down so fast you'd think it was covered in spiders or something.

Woke up to a fresh new version of Enhanced Steam, and all is right in the world again. Thanks jshackles. The Early Access overlay (among other things) was sorely missed in the meantime!

Have you guys seen this game "Noct"? I've seen the devs pimp it out on imgur a few times now.

Omigosh, that looks amazing. Like a graphical upgrade of Teleglitch. Will buy the heck out of it when it's released.
