Obelix doesn't seem to have any limits to how much he can eat. In the movie "The Twelve Tasks of Asterix", one of the challenges he had to face was eating all the elaborate dishes that the "Chef of the Titans" had prepared. He is a grade-A example of gluttony, and I think he can give the planet eater a run for his money.

I think he & Obelix would be pretty equal with their eating capacity. Heck, Goku would love to hang with Asterix & company for one of their annual village feasts.
Homer has his limits, though. He had developed a heart attack at one point, and he cannot eat spicy food.
