Does anybody else run into this issue? I love sweats. I have about 5 pairs. They're comfy, allow for free-movement, they match easily with about anything, easy to get on and off etc..

Good point. It's hard to define the "masses" I suppose but, especially in the professional world, the brands you wear you matter. It's stupid and sad but it is what it is.

I personally don't have this problem, and I do wear sweatpants to the gym; boxer briefs are great at mitigating the bulge. Also, if I saw someone with a huge bulge sticking out of their pants, I'd probably give that a double take.
