The Cane goes to A at +9, stays A at +10. Maybe with a high level Skill scaling rune, it might get bumped up to S? I have a low level Skill gem that doesn't do anything, but I imagine the better ones add more scaling.

So happy. Finally killed BSB. I love BSB co-summons who know how to stay alive and don't leave me alone for the aggro phase. This time I got two, so it was easy to grill him with the flamethrower.

I felt like I made big progress this weekend before I got stuck. That spider boss in the void is kind of a shitty mess. I don't see how you could beat it alone and right now I burned a dozen insight trying and failing to beat with with help.

The issue is that rock blast it keeps firing off. It's a random pattern and it fucking tracks you so even if you dodge at the last second it's kind of just luck or not if it hits you. I was able to stay away for a long time but then one salvo can just end you or a friends. Not a fan of that boss.

Also, Chalice "progression" is one of the things that I would fix in patches. Getting materials and having to do the non-boss parts of the first few Chalices are so boring, even at a low level when they aren't trivial.

That was not an easy boss by the way. I felt like I was overlevelled at 65, because the area was ridiculously easy, but that was one mean boss.

No that's the worst strategy! Spiders are super easy to avoid and have too much health to bother dealing with. Just jump out of the way and hit him 2-3 times.

They have about 200 health, it's nothing. The reason why it seems like they have a lot of health is because they have high armor. All you have to do is lure 2 or 3 spiders out, then circle around and hit them from their backside. They die in 1 hit.

If you're dying in 1 hit to any boss, you simply don't have enough HP.

The dungeon halves your max hp..... I would have to dump another 35 points in Vitality just to be able to survive the attack

are you trying to just talk to her? You need to stand in front of her where it prompts you to kneel and then shell talk to you. Took me a couple minutes to realise it when I was there.

Should I raise my Arcane up more, for scaling, or skill? Worth putting in 6 more points of Bloodtinge for Evelyn?

Yes he's hard. I couldn't stun him. I think I just evaded his flurry and slashed him twice or so. You need to be a bit early with evasion because his animation is quick.

killed by my own son - was remote playing on PSTV and my son didn't realise, and pressed the PS button on his controller right in the middle of a fight with Vicar Amelia. So naturally I died.

also, while I might not be good at this game, it can be infuriating to read tips that say 'just stay behind so and so' - but they spin around so fast it is bloody difficult. Plus their 'frontal' attacks seem to be more like '270 degree' frontal

when it comes to staying behind, the advice thats important that most people dont usually add, is dodge towards the attack when strafing. dodging away will usually just get you hit based on the duration of the sweep, dodging into generally slides you past it and you can get behind easy

I used the holy sword in 2 handed form, tossed some fire on it, and used fully charged attacks. Once he used his healing item, I retreated to the stares and started to throw poison knives at him
