I'm in for some Ninja Gaiden(s). I haven't played 3/RE, so I'm down to try it out.
Warriors Orochi is a crossover between the Dynasty Warriors cast (who are based off Chinese history/mythology) and the Samurai Warriors casts (Japanese History/Mythology)
It's not a step back at all, so you'll probably love it. The big difference is that instead of the Rock, Paper, Scissors style affinity system you'll control three (five in Gauntlet mode) characters at once, each with their own classification.
If I've been cracking out to DW8, is Warriors Orochi 3 going to satisfy my needs or will it feel like a step back?
Welp, I think I'm sold!
You'll miss out on some of the new weapons and characters (since its based off DW7) but the gameplay is a lot more fluid. Everyone has some form of cancelling ability (step, jump, wonder, special), you can continue combos through switching characters and it has the best weapon customizing system out of any of the current musou games.

Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate has a lot of stages too. Over 100 different stages counting the alternative stages you can't directly see on this image.
And that's just story mode.
Sorry to ask but it's 12PM PST for the flash sales, yes?
Yes, most game companies go by PST unless stated.Sorry to ask but it's 12PM PST for the flash sales, yes?
just technical performance wise? Sigma 1 introduces some weird loading times. There's an oddly long one when you open chests and a few brief ones throughout the main hub that can pop up during fights. There's some screen tearing.
Sigma 2 runs at a higher resolution than the 360 and holds the frame rate up better overall. That's completely at the cost of the 360 version's insane enemy mobs and gore, however. Still has the weird chest loading times lol
Wonder if Skullgirls will be part of the sale, considering Beowulf is coming out today.
So do we know if it's JUST Tecmo Koei or will there be other companies?
So the question is:
Is Sigma 2 worth it if I already finished NG2 on 360?
Finished on Master Ninja BTW, loved that game despite some unfairness (like offscreen explosive shuriken attack spamming) on the higher difficulties.
I know the PS3 version has reduced gore, a real shame, but apparently they balanced the game better than the 360 version

What DW game is the one to get? the only experience I have with the franchise is 15min of Hyrule Warriors.
It's fairly easy to purchase games from the US store and play them on your main account. So far though these prices don't seem nearly as tempting as the previous flash sales.U.S. Psn- please let the thread title reflect this so us eu citizens aren't tricked
Warriors Orochi 3 is showing as 50% off on PS4/PS3/Vita for me ($30/$25/$20). Meh, too high for an impulse buy on the PS4 version.
Some prices are starting to appear:
Ninja Gaiden Sigma - $8
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 - $8
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge with Online Pass - $12
sorry op for going a bit ot but was it known Magicka releases next month(26)?

How is Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z? I'm looking at it and might buy, if it goes on sale. Anyone purchased this game and can anyone tell me how it is.
