I don't know what he is going to leak. I have my ideas because of whispers in my ear but I don't know what he is going to leak, so saying that I do would be a mistake. All I know is that he will leak, and he will be very outgoing about it.

Jeff Gerstmann said something like there were only 2-3 unannounced games at that thing, I believe. And one of them should presumably already be obvious.

What is judges week exactly? I've seen it thrown around a lot. Is that where certain journalists get a sneak peak at a few games from E3?
But why he would do something like that ? what are his motives ?

Where all of the Journalists go and take notes on what is going to be there and what they are going to see though not everything is said during these times and some companies don't even go. Not much came out of this years
What every leakers motive is. To kill the surprise.
Basically. It's for the awards that are given out so that judges don't have to wait in the lines to play.
Most of the time plenty of announcements don't get revealed during Judge's Week though. Bethesda wasn't even there.
Yeah. Press from a variety of media outlets are sent their to scout out some of the games that will be present at E3, so they can get a better idea about how to schedule out their meetings, interviews and such. It's also to pre-judge games that will be there and give awards, or something.
Jeff was complaining about how a lot of publishers decided to forego judges week for fear of leaks this year, so most of the stuff there were pretty much already known about. It was the same case last year as well, I think.

IIRC, Jeff Gerstmann said on the last Bombcast that only one of the games he saw at judges week had not yet been announced.
So if that's all he's got, this might not be much.

All I'm going to say is, if he only has access to Judges' Week information then it won't be anything major. Not like last year's Bloodborne leak anyway. The big announcements are 2016 and beyond, so someone attention seeking on Twitter with Judges' Week leaks is being a little delusional if he thinks he's going to ruin the show for anyone.

DUH, no need for special info to get that, he seems to be free of any kind of repercussion if his tweets are anything to go by. He won't even bother with teasing I assume....all the ugh.

Will Valve actually be at E3 this year? Just on the show floor?
If they were to announce HL3, they would use the PC conference, right? I'm assuming they'd want their own presentation, but that would have been confirmed a while ago. Valve can't just suddenly set up their own conference in the middle of E3.
I really just want to see a game from those people.

Thanks for the info guys, E3 sure seems more massive this year because of all the new conferences. Starting to get too hyped for this stuff.

I would hope so. Since there is a PC gaming conference, Valve almost has to be there.

Speaking of Judges' Week, i'm interested in what the GCA for Best game of E3 this year will be. Their last two choices (Evolve and Titanfall) haven't had the reception you'd expect for something that won as many pre-release awards as they did.
Don't mind me PS4 will have a nice conference.

The curse of the Best Game of E3. Its destroying many. Titanfall got bought out so Respawn Entertainment is fine, I'm worried for TurtleHead Studios though. They probably got the short end of the deal when making that game with how many pre-order bonuses it had. Hopefully they're recruited again for L4D3.
