Good looks to the dude who recommended Where Monsters Dwell a few pages back. Some seriously fun fuckery, lol.

God bless all my old friends/And god bless me too, why pretend?
So I've never seen or read anything star wars. I played some games though! KOTORs and the pod racers. Can anyone tell me if that robot from KOTOR who calls everyone a meatbag is in any star wars comics? I liked that guy.

Ok guys, I picked up Fury Max the other day at my comic shop, and I was blown away. Goddamn it was so depressing yet really compelling. Ennis and Parlov turned in one of the best Fury stories ever told, and the freedom to use him in their own universe was great.

I loved all the of the history and the message behind corporately-driven wars. And that ending...wow. I reread it like three times.

Ennis is king of endings, always and forever.

Yep. The ending quote in Fury about the US flag really stuck with me:
"Blood on the bandaged wounds of brave men. And all the stars in the sky."

Love Parlov's art, so good. Another artist who would be great for Winter Soldier.

Now you understand the anticipation we have for Ennis/Porlav's Vietnam Frank Castle story

Batgirl Annual 3 is A++ and I'm pretty into the new Superman too

DC! Who knew they published good comics anymore!

Lois'
"I can see 80% of your superhero shirt, but I need to see that last 20% to know for sure"
was a little silly. I've really been liking Action Comics though.

Picked the wrong issue to drop if Tula is next.

Yeah this is gonna be beautiful

Incomprehensible but beautiful

And we finally get to meet Tara.
Fucking Tara.
