Maybe this is some type of new spam. Takes over Facebook account, maybe via mobile. And instead of posting some spam advertisement and tagging a bunch of people, it uses your location and messages via Facebook Messenger. Maybe that's a stretch because I don't see what the point of that would be.

I think it is a bit rude to block communications to somebody kindly inviting you over. If you assume it is a sexual invite and you're not interested the decent approach is to politely decline.

If in your answer you also indicate your reason you would give a person feedback, which is always nice. Suffering countless rude rejections when dating is no fun and with proper feedback you can improve future attempts. You'd also allow her to understand your assumption that it is sexual and she can explain her true intentions if it is a misunderstanding.
