So the broken PS4 gameplay timer, that has been bugged since launch, STILL isn't getting a fix?

Wow.

Pretty a sure a thing that just tells you how many hours you spent on the game is not a priority why the fuck are you pissy over something so pointless.

lol shit, every time I think about picking it back up they drop a massive patch and it makes me want to wait to see what else they fix/update.

When is this available?

All these changes are incredible.

Also it was fun while it lasted but I'm glad the AT-ST peasants carrying boxes will be gone now.

Impressive list.

Though it does look like there isn't much changed regarding Triss/romance fixes. Was really looking forward to that. Bit hard to judge from changelog obviously but eh!

Is the timer even actually broken? I always just assumed it had to do with how PS4 rest mode works.

It happened to me, and I've never used suspend/resume, rest mode etc. I don't mind too much, because I'm pretty sure I spent more time than is possibly healthy playing this game.

Notice too that the Heart of Stone expansion will increase the potion slots to four, that's a change isn't listed here.

Awesome! How is that going to work on the controller though? Just make them available in the radial menu?

I wonder if they're going to release an Enhanced Edition of Witcher 3...doesn't seem like it needs the Enhanced overhaul that the first 2 games needed but just like Peter Jackson can't resist releasing Extended Editions of his Middle Earth movies, CDPR might not be able to resist

I suspect that they will release a GOTY edition late next year including both expansions with maybe a final list of improvements as a sort of Enhanced Edition equivalent.

Impressive list.

Seems about what I expected- just amplifying the dialogue in already existing scenes but they weren't going to put her into scenes/quests where she wasn't already present.

Same for me on never using suspend/resume. It's how I convinced myself when I was deleting my saves to restart the game that I definitely wasn't deleting 16 days of playtime.

A lot more fixes than I anticipated, I'll probably start advancing my NG+ playthrough. In regards to the extra Triss dialogue, maybe now she'll threaten Yen with a fireball when she
kisses
Geralt at Kaer Morhen. :p

I did my first playthrough (PS4) at release and I've been waiting for them to fix the performance issues before I played through again. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the improvements are anything more than minor but I'm not expecting much after their previous claims.

Guess it's time for my first NG+ to tie in with the DLC next week.

Does NG+ make death march any easier?

Death March on NG+ wasn't easy for me at the start, but as always, as you level up, it gets easier. Oh, and there's the legendary version of Witcher sets for NG+ so you best keep your crafting supplies as many as you can.

Does this fix those quests that were not possible to complete/glitched?

Not sure what the quests were otherwise I'd search.

Oh I wasn't really expecting all that much either. I was/am just hoping for some changes in dialogue/actions of other characters. As it stands now
everyone talks/acts like you and Yen remain a couple even if you are not. It's very odd.
Here's hoping they changed that.

Pretty a sure a thing that just tells you how many hours you spent on the game is not a priority why the fuck are you pissy over something so pointless.

There was one guy who was talking about this in every single Witcher 3 thread. He refused to play the game and called it absolute garbage for not having a functional timer. He said that CDPR was terrible for not fixing it.

There's a lot of hyperbole on GAF, but that dude may have taken the price, lol.

Oh god, you just reminded of that awful post on Triss fanart thread where someone modded Triss in Geralt/Ciri scenes >_>

I must be the only one who liked taking in the atmosphere in TW3 by slowly walking and loving having the different kind of slow walk animations. That is, before Patch 1.08 deleted them. Patch 1.10 doesn't seem to have a fix for it.
