You know...I'm excited for any character they want to put in SF5. I think everybody has been retooled and given so many new things that it's all very exciting. I'm not stuck on what Sean was in 3s because he will be far more fleshed out in SF5 than he ever was.

I agree on the low poly BG characters, they're at least as bad as in SF4, which is disappointing. Also some issues w/ textures in general (look at the ground). I'm holding out hope that the dynamic weather thing is real, and that it will be the reason they are letting the bg characters look so bad.

This is why I'm excited to see what they do with Juri, and why I'm hoping to see her sooner rater than later (though with Laura being there and having a similar aesthetic, I imagine Juri won't be til later now for sure). Not that I mind anything about her now, but there's that excitement of "man, what will change?"

When people ask "pfft... why do you want all these old characters back", this is a huge reason why, character familiarity aside.
