StarCraft and Diablo II still play pretty well, though not at modern resolutions. Specifically referring to D2 with the latter statement, not sure about SC.

I would love to play the old Warcraft games, but they aren't available at all on Battle.net.

Oddly, I could totally go for a restored (with some kind of gameplay enhancement) version of Diablo 1, just because the atmosphere is so amazing.

I really doubt this is going to be anything more than compatibility testing + maybe adding a 16:9 resolution to D2.

Edit: Maybe they will make them work with the current Battle.net setup that the current games use (and probably removing LAN support).

Look like they have some recent grad positions, but checking to of them, they're really not recent grad positions, because the eligibility requirements is that you're currently enrolled and graduating this December or sometime next year. That should be with the internships then.

Please blizzard but diablo 2 on console if you update it. Don't know if it will work but you made diablo 3 work so you can make 2 work. Maybe do a classic blizzard bundle for consoles and it would sell like hotcakes with diablo 1 and 2 and some warcrafts. I feel like blizzard is going into the console space a little more so this doesn't seem to far fetched.

This is great news. A persistent D2 client where your characters aren't wiped would be great and I'd definitely sink time into it again. The itemization, story, atmosphere, and permanent character builds are so much more compelling than what D3 offers.

I'd also play the hell out of WC3, but again, persistent account system, I had accounts that are surely gone by now. :'( RIP

Unity is a terrible engine though.

Subjective, but Heroes of the Storm doesn't have a very good art style.

They updated Warcraft 2 once before, to run better on Windows and I think add TCPIP support. It would be great to have the back catalog running with full tcpip and widescreen support.

This is actually all all I want from Blizzard at this point.

HD remasters for SC and D2 would make me pretty damned happy.
Better Windows 7+ support, matchmaking for SC, new ladder items for D2, widescreen, etc.

I've mentioned it before, but one of my favorite things about the pet battles they added to WoW is that the battle music they use is straight out of Warcraft 2. That shit is so good.
