Xenoblade Chronicles X - Review Thread

Good thing the gamepad is the ideal way to play it... it even has a built-in break-time since I'll have to recharge that shitty battery.

Now I'm just at the mercy of UPS who has been delivering stuff at like 7:30pm lately.

I'm so tempted to buy that official more powerful battery for the Wii U pad.

I think the OT should already be up this early. Looks like a good number of people here have already gotten and played their copies lol.

I know this sounds weird, but is there something like a Powerbank that works with the WiiU?

I've been wondering for a while since the Console doesn't consume much power.

So, I bought the original game as it was cheap the other day. Haven't started it properly yet (did first intro bit). Is it worth me completing that first before buying the new one?

Anyone pre order the special edition from amazon? Says mine will ship tomorrow and arrive next tuesday... I have 2 day shipping and have always gotten games on release day. Not sure why this is delayed.

The two are not connected story-wise whatsoever from what I can tell. The closest thing I've seen is Lyn's hairclips are tiny monados.

Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii/3DS is a decent game in it's own right, however. So... it's up to you, I guess? One is a more structured JRPG with open world elements while this one is more about exploration and finding crazy stuff.

I don't know, play either one but playing this one, then going back to Chronicles might be result in you suffering "graphics shock".
