Based asano and his splatoon art.

Dagashi kashi 29
Lol, a reminder that Hotaru never win anything dagashi related.

Wagamama chie end
Oh okay, it's clearer now. So this is more likeaccepting the passing of a family member i guess. Honestly, the art and panelling is good, but theme of the story... not so much. It was interesting, but the conclusion toward it is so weak...

Maou Lover 1

Another entry in the rivals become lovers except done with amazing art and hilarious badump comedy all throughout. I like how they competed for all their life but then the second a female interest comes Maou started feeling jealous when she was taking all of the attention away. Great pacing.

Magi 286-287

Sinbad on his throne with that witch makes it feel more and more like a Disney villain scenario

Also that chubby fat guy returning is comical... Oh and air pirates? Aww yeah! Got Laputa feels for a second

Seven Seas licenses How to Build a Dungeon: Book of the Demon King

Seven Seas Entertainment is pleased to announce their acquisition of the dark harem fantasy manga, How to Build a Dungeon: Book of the Demon King, written by Warau Yakan, with art by Komiya Toshimasa. A beautifully-illustrated manga series that features a darker take on the dungeon genre, How to Build a Dungeon: Book of the Demon King is the tale of one man’s thirst for power and his ambition to create the ultimate dungeon.

At the end of his life, after decades of painstaking research, Aur’s quest for ultimate power is within reach. But first he must die! Now, reborn into a magical world as the Demon King, he uses his newfound abilities to make his dark visions a reality. Upon summoning an alluring succubus known as Lilu to serve him, he immediately begins the task of creating a dungeon—an underground kingdom of his own, filled with all manner of fantastical beasts. As Aur crafts the intricate and dangerous world of his dungeon, he’ll learn what it takes to become a true Demon King, with all the pleasures, troubles, and trials that come with it. And his enemies will cower in fear!

kinda maybe? good idea but dunno if I care about its execution

I was reading it every month and it was very boring. Though I stopped doing this at half of the arc. When it ended I reread everything together and I really liked it.

this is referring to the civil war arc?

I doubt he's dead at the very least.

perhaps. he looked pretty dead to me though.

Mark my words Zeref is going to end up dying to Acnologia

Zeref is going to die because he finally accepts his brother's "death" and goes to be with Mavis

or he'll just exist with Mavis in spirit form

So, any Seinen I should look in to? I haven't read a manga in like a year except for OPM. Some of my favorites: Hoshi no Samidare, Berserk, Monster and 20th Century Boys, One Punch Man, Vagabond, Holyland, Kingdom, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Shin Angyo Onshi, anything by Junji Ito.

Yuureitou - I've finished reading this recently and has an excellent thriller/mystery story.
Tsumi to Batsu: A Falsified Romance - Modern version of crime and punishment.
Zetman - Read the first 20 or so chapters and it's a dark take on the common superhero tale.

They've all recently ended within the past year.

shhh Graham I'm still compiling this Radiant map
I finished Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer. I don't plan on typing up a review on it, but I don't think I was feeling it much. Some hype moments with a pretty good cast of characters, but there's some unfortunately inconsistent drama sections and the mangaka occasionally takes his time getting to the point. Not something I regret reading through, but it was slightly disappointing.

Hoshi no Samidare might be the most disappointing thing I've ever read. I thought it was fine for what it was trying to be, a fairly run of the mill shonen action story, but I was always waiting for it to blow me away. The cast outside of the leads were noticeably boring and predictable.

Dungeon Meshi, Hinamatsuri.

Start with MangaGaf / my favourites first.

Angry Grimace

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"
I'm unclear about everything in the Shokugeki spoilers other than Season 2. :woot:

If you're not interested in light-hearted series that I had mentioned above and seemed to like your seinen packed with action. Have you read these too?

Blade of the Immortal
Blame!
Claymore
Dorohedoro
Eden: It's an endless world
Lone Wolf and Cub
The World Is Mine
Vinland Saga

On top of the recommendations above, I'd also suggest Prison School, Solanin and Kokou no Hito, if you haven't read them yet.

Besides the other stuff people've recommended, I'd say look into Drifters and Black Lagoon.

Somebody refresh my memory on this. Each of these Quincy hold a mere portion of Jubawhateverhisname's total power, right? And that guy just went and ate a piece of the Soul King, who's essentially like the God of this story, right?

Prison School ch199

Can't get clearer than that. She owns your ass, Kiyoshi.

The Chairman's adventures never cease to amuse me either.

Teppu 17-33 (END)

Finally got around to finishing this. I couldn't really remember all the characters' nuances, but it didn't stop me enjoying the hot-blooded bouts. Opinion remains unchanged - it's one of the few sports manga I've been able to stomach.

Swap ⇔ Swap 1-2
4koma series about cute girls doing cute body-swapping. By kissing, naturally. Waiting for the 5 other witches to be introduced.

Sinbad continues to confuse me, I don't think I'll figure out what exactly he plans on doing until he does it. Otherwise this arc has had a great start and reminds me of the better, early Magi days.

Bleach

This arc seems to be breaking all of the series' own rules, all the time. Since when has size ever mattered in fights in Bleach.
