Oh my god. This chapter was sooo good. Looks like Kaneki is masquerading as Haise. It's going to make this even more interesting. Kaneki is sooo badass, and i'm so happy he's back. This manga just got 10x for hype.
I can't wait until Kaneki meets Arima again.

Interesting to see Kaneki remembers everything from when he was Sasaki. I guess he's going "undercover" in the CCG now, I guess to try and kill Arima? I wonder what his goals are now.
Really interested to see where the story goes from here. Also what color is his hair for real now!

Even for a stubborn guy like Urie that blow from Kaneki was too much. What Kaneki said to Urie destroyed his fucking soul. Now it's going to be difficult for Urie to get over Shirazu's death knowing that he was too weak to save him. Poor bastard.
I'm probably in the minority but I'm split between Haise and Kaneki. I like Kaneki but Haise was a nice change in pace from all the depressing shit. Then again both Haise and Kaneki are the same person. Still I'll definitely miss those puns and sol moments.
That moment between Tsukiyama and Karen was just beautiful but extremely tragic. The art was amazing to look at. RIP Karen.

Yeah it's Kaneki. He isn't completely heartless, plus Shirazu was the closest to him than the other Qs.

It makes me wonder though what Kaneki's personality really is like now, although I guess the emotional attachment to Shirazu and the Qs didn't disappear.
why? he still remembers all of his time as Sasaki, all he has to do is play the part, and nobody should suspect him.
Yeah it's good to see he still feels something for them. Just wonder where he will go from here.
don't know how arima might take it though, considering how abnormal he's been painted he might be able to sniff it out. and if he also stays more aggressive, then that could make people suspect him. or if he goes to the cafe more, if they're keeping watch on him then who knows what could let them find out
being in the den of the group that would hunt you down knowing you turned is certainly fairly dangerous, even with a good cover

Kaneki's normal personality probably wouldn't really change much, he's been kind towards people he cares for, so he will just get along with his teammates and Akira (maybe) just fine, I guess it matters on how he feels about Arima.

Was nicely done though. So glad he didn't have a freakout and just responded properly.

how faithful is the world trigger anime adaptation to the manga? I've been watching the anime lately, it's not that good but it's mostly on TOEI part since the show barely animates, soundtrack is mediocre, and there are weird scenes that stretched for far too long that screams padding to fill the 23 minutes quota of each episode.
The story itself pretty good, I like the characters, the world view is very interesting and the fights involving actual squad tactics are very refreshing from the usual shonen cliche of 'I'm more powerful than you' of the majority of the fights in shonen manga.
Even the training stuff makes sense as the characters get to learn the ins and outs of the different triggers, and squad tactics.
The fight with Jin and the Kido Faction squads was amazing. Probably the best animated sequence of the entire show so far (though admittedly that's not saying much) but the tactics put on by each squad was awesome. I hope the series continues to make creative fights like this, and doesn't devolve into a power level fest of most shonen manga.

It was a great adaptation of the manga IMO. from episode 47 onwards its been original storyline. It adapted 103 of the 124 chapters.
I like how it focus more on strategy instead of just strength or rank.
Certainly thats easy to do. I wonder what the plan is for the series overall. On the relationship I ain't seeing DalDal just accepting this. And shes already had a mini breakdown with the prior incident.
