But the armour looks ugly, whether it's Tabata or Nomura. When Lightning Returns was reveal, people were talking about how ugly it looked and how it reminded them of Dragoon Girl's.

The game was developed on PC, like every single game. It'll probably come on PC but don't hold your breath that it'll release at the same time.
They were literally just talking about a PC version.
If anything it just hasn't been announced yet.
What about what they said changes what was set in stone at the past?
Holy hell what an improvement. The combat looks so fluid now. I loved duscae, but this......just raised my hype level to the max. Level looks like fun too

They did not talk about a PC version. The game, like many others, is being developed on PC's.

At the same time, the developers are the ones who are making the game. It starts and ends with them. I'm sure Tabata was projecting his own feelings when he said that, too. Especially with the reboot and how he's been received (Lord Nomura-sama's glorious vision, Tabata is ruining everything!, etc.).

People are willing to have giant spaces of land with no level design whatsoever. I'd say this is a step up lol.
