Unlikely. Look at the most recent shot of the GTR. Notice how it doesn't reflect its own mirror on the surface of the car? That means there's likely no SSR in the game, which is what Driveclub and others use to reflect other cars.

It's possible they use a dynamic cubemap approach like pCARS but we'd have to see bonnet camera footage, it usually only happens on that view.

I really like what I'm seeing. I think there's pride in giving the player a sense of involvement in presenting the cars (and the game) to the world. This seeming photo travel focus hits that on the nose. I can't wait to take something like a GT-Four out on the highway loops.

I do hope they work in the full set of photo mode options in-race.

Edit: The more I see, the less I think the photo travel backgrounds were a good decision.

But Driveclub does look absolutely remarkable and there really is no shame in not surpassing it.

This is more focused on Motorsport. You don't need shit like a Honda Fit in a game like this.

This is not GT7. Don't expect GT7 until 2018 minimum. However, get this as it's the next best thing. I expect GT7 to be quite similar but with more cars and more modes.
