Yeah, Crash Bandicoot reboot got leaked. It's a Vita title with a late 2016 release date.

Oh shit waddup! Party time!

you little shit ;)

Okay, since we're two days away I'm going to make my prediction for Sony's conference:

- The conference opens with a sizzle reel set to an upbeat song. It shows off PS4 games released this year, a well as some of the games announced throughout 2015 that have yet to be released.

- "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Shawn Layden!" Shawn Layden walks on stage. He's not wearing a shirt that would tease an upcoming game - perhaps he may not even be wearing a shirt at all. Shawn Layden says "It's been a great year for PlayStation. We shipped Uncharted 4 and Ratchet & Clank to critical and commercial acclaim. We also shipped Hardware Rivals. Remember Hardware Rivals?" Shawn mentions sales numbers, network stats, etc. Anyhow, on with the show!

- Sony Bend rep comes on stage. (Dead Don't Ride gameplay demo.)

- Herman Hulst comes on stage. (Horizon: Zero Dawn demo.)

- Shuhei Yoshida takes the stage. "Last year I had the honour of reannouncing one gaming's most anticipated releases. Today were here to give you an extended look at The Last Guardian!" (The Last Guardian Demo)

- "But that's not all Japan Studio has been working on," says Shu, "we have one more surprise from Mark Cerny!' (Knack 2 trailer)

- Shawn Layden comes back on stage. He's wearing a Legend of Dragoon t-shirt. But he's here to announce Crash Bandicoot! Sony will also be bringing the original trilogy to PS4 as updated PSOne Classics. (Crash Bandicoot trailer) Shawn also mentions that Crash will be available as in the new Skylanders as a PS4 exclusive. This let's us segue into...

- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare demo

- Destiny Rise of Iron demo

- Ubisoft rep comes on stage. Exclusive content for Watch_Dogs 2. (I'd also guess that if Ubi shows off a new game during their conference it might appear on stage again here in some capacity).

- Stage presence given to either one 2K title or EA title.

- Gio Corsi comes out on stage. It's indie time!

- Trailer for Insomniac's Spider-man game.

- Andrew House comes on stage. Talks about Sony's great partnership with Marvel/Disney. Then there's some talk about VR, complete with a sizzle reel.

- Shawn Layden comes back on stage. He says they have one last thing to show. (God of War IV demo)

You missed the obvious plug for new SW Battlefront DLC.

This is exactly what I've had in mind the last few days, simply because of how predictable it is.

Realistic, but so fucking predictable, especially that annual yawn-inducing indie section.

I'll be skipping the conference this year and just be going straight to the aftermath threads on GAF.

So you predicted everything last year too? Otherwise, how can you predict everything this year?

Of course you are free to skip the conference, but I bet you'll regret that you didn't experience the possible megatons live. I know I would regret it.

In all honesty, the only truly unexpected announcements last year were World of Final Fantasy and Hitman.

Everything else was leaked and/or heavily hinted at leading up to the conference.

I wonder if Sony have acknowledged the existence of the Neo because when they show Horizon: Zero Dawn they can say 'Running on the vanilla PS4' or something like that.

I think they will acknowledge Neo on stage in some form [few sentences from Andrew House], but propper reveal will be left for some later event.

Either that, or megaton full unveil right at the start of the show. lol

It definitely relieves some of those questions IMO.

Also I can't wait for the conferences today and the ones tomorrow. I think we're going to see some good stuff. Don't think it'll top last year but it should be good. Seeing Shinobi hyped for the Sony Presser just adds to that.

I'd just caution people to probably not expect a megaton like "half life 3". You get some good surprises but nothing to make you jump out a window I think lol

Sounds about right. Maybe throw in something about titanfall 2 and rise of the tombraider coming to PS4.

Yeah, I asked that because of certain posters on here and Youtube vids I'm now seeing elsewhere. I knew this would happen and I'm certain Sony would want to squash that idea immediately.

I've got a gut feeling that Ace Combat 7 will be in the conference, as a sort of 'AAA' VR experience. Otherwise it makes no sense for Namco to not have already released a trailer. The downside is I doubt it'll get more than 90-120 seconds, so I hope there's a proper cinematic trailer released outside the conference as well.

I hope there's at least two more megatons at the conference in addition to this. Your list would make it a solid conference, but a far cry from Year of Dreams 2.0. :p
Dead Don't Ride and God of War would both be big announcements. In general that's all you should expect. Last year was a big exception.

Would it be Final Fantasy overkill if they announced FFVI(TA)/PS4 at E3?

I imagine a lot of people would like that announcement.

I would give it a few years ... with VII and XII out the gate.

Fake edit: Unless they pull a "FF VI PSOne version coming to PS4!" for their yearly dose of trolling.

They need to release their stuff before announcing new stuff. Though if they announce FFT2, it will make this E3 better than the last one for me.

Anyone saying Sony will just announce GoW 4 and Dead Don't Ride for the entire press is nuts. Certainly there will be more first party and third party announcements.

Dear God why am I sitting here the day before e3 with the most irrational and unlikely hope that I'm going to get SOCOM news.

cant wait to see horizon tomorrow!

I think showing Horizon is a mistake actually. That's the THIRD time it will be demoed since unveil. I think it's going to be overexposed.

I agree, they should give that time to other game that is actually coming out this year.
They can show off Horizon at PSX when it's actually near release.

If each demo was the same I would agree. The first two were pretty much the same demo just more detailed.

And yet we've seen so little from the game. They need to show more.

I want to see a quest with some weapons/gear being acquired. i want to see what makes this an RPG.

They just need to show different part of the gameplay already like dialogue system, quests, town explorations, etc. The combat really does seems a little overexposed now.

At the moment whenever I asked my friends what they thought about Horizon, they just said it's a pretty cool Monster Hunter clone.

This.

Partly because they haven't done any Game Informer type coverage, a lot of people are unaware that it's aiming to be closer to that of a seamless open-world RPG in the veins of Witcher 3, and not just an action game with RPG elements and big open spaces.

One more demo is fine. Especially since the 2 demo they showed are effectively the same demo just played differently.
