played a bit more of wots3

the structure in this game is kind of fucked, the way you kind of warp between cutscene to cutscene with nothing to do in between

i did a bit of a grind to buy a cool sword but turns out i made the sword too heavy so it's a total chore to wield and idk, i got some inklings to do but they require to join one of the factions and i just want to help the villagers so there's just nothing to do

i feel like the time limit from wots1 worked much better than whatever this system is

Huh? How would a free weekend work on the Humble store?

Edit: apparently noscript was blocking the download link. Still seems weird though.

They're using this https://www.gamesessions.com.

GameSessions offers a fresh option for gamers, letting everyone download and play a wide range of games for free on their own PC. During the trial, you'll have the chance to rent or buy in-game to unlock and play on instantly. You will then be able to play the game through Steam™, without losing your trial progress.

Seeing as how Civ 6 is almost here and that Civ 5 continues to be one of the top games played online, Humble and 2K should've just gave away Beyond Earth for free.

The Steam equivalent of the drunk friend who keeps offering to pay your tab all night.
Karin's bikini costume is the most sold SFV item according to Capcom

I for one am shocked, shocked I tell you, that the semi-naked lady costume is the most sold item in any game. Truly unexpected.

Sorry, I know the game is not on Steam, but I'm having problems with Dragon Age Inquisition. There are quests, I follow the marker reaching the location, but in the area there's nothing. Like, there's a mission "retrieve the lost package in the river", I found the package but I can't interact with it. I wandered one hour and there's nothing else in the area.
Same with "Find Jenny the Red", I went to the harbor, interacting with all items here, but nothing, the mark is still here, same for the tavern.

Damn Poly Bridge is relaxing. First game in a while I didn't immediately turn off the background music for some podcast time.

Any time I see "Gleam.io" as the website, I immediately back out. Can't stand all the tasks, likes, tweeting and other nonsense to essentially get something shit anyway

I has gotten out of hand, I haven't tried for one of those games in months and I'm not missing out on anything that's for sure.

Capcom is apparently making SFV DLC that won't be available on steam. Hah man

That 24.99 for the Capcom pro tour stage pack is ludicrous. Definitely taking a page from DOA and going for whales at this point.

Huh I thought it was $10. $25 is nuts for what's available in the pack.

I suggest tweeting or waiting and seeing whether they'll come to Steam down the line. Could be a case of limited time exclusivity for all we know.
