Manage to log in with PTC but I'm not sure how long it will last. It's safe to say the servers will be unstable for the weekend due to Europe getting the game now.

1 hp bug is back, pokeballs keep freezing, every pokemon is 3 prints away and great balls curve like 90% of the time

guess we should release the game in more countries

People on reddit reporting that the Eevee name trick just got removed. No idea how credible that is, but there you go.

Try clicking on the egg to see what the actual distance is? Mine said 2/2 and was 1.99/2.00.

I've used it for about 11 days straight and it's only taken 311 MB, you'll be fine.

You can get a new Android device for less than 200 dollars. I have a MotoG gen1 and it works, I just can't use AR or Battery Saver because it doesn't have a Gyroscope.

The pokestops have a higher concentration of pokemon near them, which is ironic considering they are usually in the city, and there should be more wild pokemons in the... wild :p but it's how it is for now. The steps are the only way i know of. If yo open the list, then keep it open, the pokemon will rearrange after which is closest to you (top left corner) and furthest away(buttom right corner).. So if you move so that the one you are after comesi into the top left corner you should theoretically be pretty close. When they fix the steps thing so 3-2-1-0 works again, it's going to make it a bit easier to track down pokemons.

Well, fuck. I always ditch my Weedle/Pidgey's.

But I'll guess I'll work on that actually. Got a lucky egg as a reward for leveling up. Guess in a few days I'll have enough.. have 112 Weedle candies.

If you're just using it for data, you might want to see if you can get a tablet plan instead. They're usually much cheaper. Dunno what the situation in the States is for those, though. 3GB should be fine, you could probably get away with 1GB even unless you plan to play all night and all day or something. After something like 5 hours of use yesterday and today (when it was up lol), Pokemon Go used up 60MB of data.

One appeared on my tracker yesterday but the 3 step glitch hampered my attempts to track it down.

Managed to log in and a Tentacruel is nearby. Sucks that I can't go and track it down as I've got to be a responsible adult and look after the kids.

Am I right in thinking that Incense is useless as every time I've popped at home it only attracts low CP common Pokemon.

No idea. Every Pokemon is accounted for in some continent at this point except Ditto, the Legendary Birds, and Mew/Mewtwo. Apparently there is a PokeStop in Antarctica because there's an Ingress Portal there, and there are definitely ones in Africa, but I guess Niantic just decided there wouldn't be enough players (certainly true of Antarctica) to justify exclusives? South America is also unaccounted for, unless it also gets Tauros.

1. Pokemons have more chance to spawn in none rural areas, Pokespot increase the 2. chance to meet some.
3. No there isn't other way that the steps thingy to see if a Pokemon is near you
4. Yeah some people live in some kind of nest where they don't meet any other pokemons. I advice you try to walk futher than your neighboorhood and see if you can't catch anything else.

Sometimes when a Pokemon appears on the map, I cant catch it at all .. no matter how many times I press on it. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a bug?

Same here. At least two Mr. Mime appeared near a lure party in an open park space, but with the 3 step glitch active me and my brother were completely unable to get it to appear.

Meanwhile Rattata were of course freely availably at every turn.
