The Steam equivalent of the drunk friend who keeps offering to pay your tab all night.
Orange Moon keys added to Groupees (whatever bundle it was in), this one looks quite good

I want Grandia though

I already updated to Windows 10 and I'm regretting it already. My mouse stopped working and it just turns on and off endlessly. What can I do?

EDIT: And of course, at the very moment I send this comment, the mouse starts working after more than 30 minutes and a reset...

Episode 1 of the telltale Minecraft thing is free on Win 10 store.

So all you steam shills should go and enjoy something else for once ;)

Insee thanks for the info
Id like a middle ground there but if using mods the survivors can have similar ai to dr2 id like that
Mainly because i dislike dumb ai and i dont want to look after 'capable' ai partners while im busy pilfering underwear from the shops ;p

Modding in AI routines from another game on a different engine seems outside the scope of most modding.

Does enhanced steam not support 125% dpi scaling? I can't see the whole price next to the 'add to cart' button on a game's steam page.

The 1060 is also near exact to the 980 in performance, but with better power consumption. Plus NV's habit of lax driver optimization on older cards.

Let's see how the overclocked custom 480s will do, those, Vulkan and DX12 could give AMD the win the long run. They of course missed a big opening by not having them out by now.

Yes that is what I am also interested in. Especially since I don't intend to buy right now, but in the fall. If the overclocked 480s can hang with the 1060 in DX11 and beat them in DX12 and Vulkan than they might be a good choice depending on price.

I have a 1080p display, and at this point, I might just wait til the holidays to see if I can pick up a MSI 1070 for near MSRP. I probably would be good at high settings for the next 4-5 years, and even would be able to jump into VR if need be.

I need a new gpu, with these new games running sorta lame on my 760 gtx I'd rather play old games than messing with settings just so they could run at a stable liquid smooth 30fps

That would be the optimum for me as well, but for that the 1070 prices have to come way down.

I have a 670 so I'm in a similar boat. And it's like- if I'm gonna splurge on a new card, I might as well get something that will be a notable improvement as opposed to maintaining the status quo. Although the 1070 is only 30-40% faster than the 1060, so maybe if the latter drops to $200-250 during the holidays I'd get it instead. Something about compound interest and the value of a dollar in a year's time.

I am not quite sure about the 4-5 years. Remember when everyone said the same about the 970? That GPU is almost 2 years old but slowly with never games (like Division) you notice the limitations.

I think the GPU market is moving quite fast right now.

Yeah. Spending ~$200 every two years or so may be the better option. Even with VR, the 1080 isn't optimal yet supposedly.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

Are you using v7.3 with Firefox? If so, that's a known bug with the old version after Valve changed the price layout.

If not, I'm not able to reproduce that on v8.7.2 in either Chrome or Firefox.

Why would you buy a card with such a bad RAM setup?

Not a problem with 1080p, and I don't imagine him playing at anything above that resolution with a 1060.

The 1060 is also near exact to the 980 in performance, but with better power consumption. Plus NV's habit of lax driver optimization on older cards.

With stock clocks.
There are no 970 or 980 that run on stock clocks, most of them OC by a huge amount. All the while Pascal overclocks terribly so far.
Also, driver optimization shouldn't be an issue this time (unless NVIDIA deliberately sabotages older cards), as Pascal == Maxwell, feature set wise.

So is that new KR0 act the final one? Is it safe for people averse to years-long cliffhangers to purchase the game now?

I'd like to believe this is true. But Telltale hasn't done multiple endings before, so why would they start now?

"Your actions will affect how next cut scene plays out and maybe something else, but ultimately it will be almost the same" wouldn't get approved by marketing.

LOL at that Windows 10 Anniversary "offers", only Minecraft Story Mode is on sale (first ep for free btw, US only), a free Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition map and a free rental... of School of Rock -___-

You can change region form control panel and get that free minecraft episode elsewhere too. This won't work for movies or other content, only apps.

But generally, Microsoft deals are US only. They don't know about rest of world.

I dont think it will make sense to buy Batman now. When episode 3 hits the game will be 50% off, when the last episode hits the game will be 66% off.

Yeah, just did that, thanks! Shame that I won't probably grab the whole game there, as even with the extra discount, the game is more expensive than my regional price on Steam :(
