Should I get tales of symphonia chronicles on PS3 or wait out a potential release of the 2nd game on steam?

Btw I finished the GameCube version like 3 years ago and I heard the sequel is pretty bad but I still wanna try it out. I do plan to get symphonia again on steam in the future though.

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.

PS3 version is solid. 30 FPS, sure, but it's not a game breaker.

I eager scrolled to the PSone classics, as I do, and.... a pile of Disney shovelware.... not for me.

How good is digimon. I don't play RPGs much anymore or digimon but I use to watch the original TV series and never have played a digimon game outside of the LCD keychains back in the day.

Also as someone who loved and owns the originarl Guilty Gear Xrd, how worth it is it to get Revelator?

Also how is the anime girl fighter? I forget the name. Look fun in the Giant Bomb quick look.

Nothing for me this time, but $15 is the right price for J-Stars Victory Vs if you're interested in any Jump shows. It's amusing having Joseph Joestar fighting Korosensei

Edit: If you've never played Digital Devil Saga, both games for under $10 is a great price. At launch they were technically sort of rough, fantastic games though.

Fighting game enthusiasts...help me decide....

BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend – $14.99
Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator – $23.99
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – $23.99

Or even if it's not a fighting game...

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 – $14.99
Rayman Legends – $11.99

Which is the best? Which do you think I should pick up given I can only get 1?

GG Xrd Revelator. While it doesn't have that much content as BB CSE, it does have a great tutorial if you are a beginner in the genre.

Both GG and BB play somewhat similarly but I prefer GG. I also have no idea how is the BB online community now, though I imagine it's like GG, mostly empty but with very passionate people playing and teaching.

No idea about Naruto because I haven't played it.

AnimeGAF, how is Neptunia? I've heard it's not very good but I want to see what you guys think.

I love the series and Neptunia VII was one of my favorites. As long you don't expected much of the title, you are probably going to have a good time.

The characters are good and there's a lot of humor. The story, most of it, is well developed even if it's a bit cliched. The battle system isn't too deep but it works well enough. There's plenty of side content too if you end up liking it.

I wish they would release a PS4 remaster of that game. I want to play it but I don't have a PS3 anymore.

If they did the same thing that was done with South Park: The Stick of Truth, that is pre-order South Park: The Fractured But Whole and get SoT for free, I would immediately pre-order Ni No Kuni 2.

LOL my ps store checkout page is saying I'm saving $331.72 in my cart right now with the deals in my cart and the 20% off code (I'm saving $400 or more with this sale just can only add 10 items to my cart at a time and....for the first time...I found out your cart total has a price point limit too lol). Thanks Sony! Now that's playing with power. :)

Basically I can now get a "free" PS Pro or PS VR with the money I saved with this sale. Just thinking about that in that way is pretty sweet. Sony 4ever!

Absolutely agreed. I hate pre-orders but that's a great way to make it valuable.

Hmm, I "purchased" Dizzy while she was free but now she shows up as $7.99 on the store.

Did you grab the PS3 or PS4 version of Dizzy? either way, you should have her for both consoles. Log into the game and see if she's available.

Think this happened to me too. I remember getting her.

That's because the free version was a seperate download from the paid version and the free version is delisted. She'll be in your download list if you claimed her. You also shouldn't need to redownload her anyway, it's just an unlock key that was installed when she was claimed.

How is corpse party on vita? I only played like a PSP demo of the first game in the series iirc.

It is baffling how lame it is for how popular the series is.

If you don't have Broken Age or Grim Fandango and you like point and clicks or puzzle games, they're definitely worth it at that price.

I'm probably gonna get The Emperor's New Groove and Toy Story 2 on PS1 because I used to have those on PC and loved them as a kid.

Seriously thinking about Nitroplus. Is it a good fighter?

I'm wondering that too.

BTW, Digimon is an excellent JRPG.

Honestly, and I mean this whole-heartedly, it's fun for what it is. I know there's a "lol animu fighters" blah blah thing and it's a fanservice (the real kind not the cheesecake kind, though there is also that) mashup game, but it's surprisingly fun to play. I got it on disc from Amazon a while back for $20 or so and was surprised at how competent it actually is.

Plus it has Muramasa. And Sonico using cats for attacking.

Wow...

All these Guilty Gear Xrd Revalator responses, it's really that great? Damn. Gonna cop it.

I just bought it full price a few weeks ago and I'm not mad about this sale. Well, not that mad... (at myself, that is).

It's that good. The graphics are easily the best and the gameplay is fantastic. Game oozes style.

Here's how I rank the major fighting games on PS4:
GGXrdRev
FF14
SFV
MKX

Not counting last gen ports.

Guess i'll finally get Pirate Warriors 3. It probably wont get much cheaper in digital sales.

Toy Story 2 still holdsup really well.

Sony seems to love to cater to the anime/JRPG/FG crowd with these flash sales. Rarely much available for people interested in other things. Seems to be a good deal on Child of Light...which goes on sale so often they should just leave it at the "sale" price permanently. I might have to finally pick that one up.

Not good. Framerate is terrible when you have the flashlight on. Load times for everything, even just opening the menu. IMO the story is not remotely near as good as the first game.
