After Target red card savings and adding in sales tax it came out to $111.04

But I only wanted 2 games. So after returning one of them at $34.85 ($111.04 - $34.85 = $76.19) or $38.09 apiece.

I'm pretty happy with that.

These never work with digital. You wanting digital means you spend more money almost every time. Physical is almost always cheaper because of sales like this. So you choose to spend more for the convenience.

And I don't really see the difference from Target's end on someone coming into the store and buying a case with a disc inside it (or not sometimes, again considering PC games) and somebody coming into the store and buying a card with a code on it.

I had called my local target and they said that those cards did not work for this sale, which is the major source of my frustration.

I was only worried about WoFF & TF2, which would've been cheaper with Amazon Prime... but Amazon didn't have the limited edition which I'm a sucker for (especially when it's the same price as the regular version).

I had Luigi U unopened, but apparently never grabbed Mario Bros. U - why not.

I basically paid $12 more than Amazon for the WoFF DLC & the Wii U game.

They still have to call corporate which is a hassle and proves that it really isn't part of the deal.

If you want to verify, go to Target.com and check the digital games, none of them say b2g1 free next to them.

Nope. If you only want two games, you can return the one game you don't want and still get the discount prorated.

order online. I got the preorder to work with cod legacy and 2 copies of TF2 limited. You'll have to wait for shipping or if you need to play day 1 just pick up a copy day 1, wait for your discounted one to deliver they return it with the full price receipt within 30 days.

Found another target with games.
