I hope they support this game beyond a day one patch. MvC3 was my game of the generation, so I'd love to see who they put in, even if they don't have any XMen.

As long as everyone is viable, I don't care who is in it. My biggest complaint with 3 was the lack of character variety at high level play.

I'd also like there to be NO touch of death combos, since the neutral game was the most exciting part of MvC3 (Which is why Morrigan was my favorite character to watch and play )

Sony already has a good relationship with both so I odn't see that being a problem. And Sony already has a large chunk of the FGC thanks to Tekken and Street Fighter V so I dont' see why they wouldn't triple down with Marvel Vs. Capcom 4 and be the default fighting game console this generation.

I don't see the point of this being exclusive but I guess we'll see. Capcom seem to be struggling to make any big projects without the assistance of some platformholder's money, bar Resident Evil VII so I guess it may happen. Crazier things have happened.

Spider-Man isn't being developed by Capcom. And Insomniac didn't recently suffer from a hugely underperfoming release that relied heavily on a partnership with Sony.

Just saying, I don't think Capcom will be so eager to hop into bed with Sony again after what happened to SFV, at least where fighting games are concerned. But who knows. Maybe Sony's cosy relationship with Marvel right now has granted them some form of exclusivity for MvC4.

Your making it sound like that Street fighter V's lack of content was sony's fault? They did their part and helped promote the shit out of it, and helped fund the game. It was on capcom to deliver.
