Really not watching anything live currently, kinda catch up on weekends. Have somewhat of a backlog of shows I want to watch/catch-up on. Mr. Robot s2 is a top one in the backlog. Think I have multiple seasons of Orphan Black if that's still good. The Netflix original list seems pretty high now too lol

No way JPP isn't a Giant next season. He has pass rushing talent but he's missing two fingers and has proven to have poor judgment. Giants have history with him but who else is gonna take the risk that he'll still perform?

He did get 7 sacks last season, so he can perform. He won't demand top dollar, but there's a lot of pass-rush needy teams that could pay up

I used to eat protein bars but the congealed protein powder flavor got to me after a while. They're also like 2-3x as expensive as the Fiber One bars which basically taste like dessert.

In gaming related stuff, I wonder over to that side of the forum and there's a Zelda screen shot thread marked "spoilers". Since I decided I needed to beat Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess before I buy it, I looked at the pictures knowing I'd forget all about it.

I guess I don't have the same passion as other Zelda fans because I just thought "yep that's Zelda". I don't even consider bosses to be a spoiler except for maybe the final boss? Zelda is pretty light on story most of the time so eh.

Apparently the Cardinals last season were trying to sign him but he returned to NY under that one year deal. They might not look to him now since they traded for Chandler Jones (he'll get re-signed by them I think).

There have been some epic Zelda games.

The OG Zelda and OOT were probably highlights for the series and honestly videogames as a whole. Its a tall task for BOTW to come close to that level of quality, but thankfully its on Switch and is aided by the power of JoyCons so we got this!

My favorites though are Zelda 2 (any time i beat a game that hard I form a strong emotional attachment to it), ALTTP, OOT and Wind Waker. Never played a bad Zelda game though.

I haven't played a "bad" Zelda game either but Majora's Mask is kinda mediocre and I really hate waggle with a passion so I think I beat just two dungeons in Skyward Sword.

You should try A Link Between Worlds. That's easily the best Zelda game since the Wind Waker or even OoT.

The Patriots have become the best franchise in football, and one reason is the way they have accumulated draft picks and then drafted smartly. They have been far from perfect, but pretty good. Trading Garoppolo would fit into what the Patriots have done under Bill Belichick.

Looking increasingly more likely Saints won't be able to keep DT Nick Fairley. He was a bargain player on a 1 year deal that had a monster year. He is probably going from $760,000 to 9+ million. That kind of turnaround is rare for a player outside of his rookie deal.

We have the money, but we have too many holes to blow almost half our cap space on one player. Then again, if the Saints FA trend holds up that is exactly what we will do.

I think I have A Link Between Worlds. Never opened it...

I did not really love Majoras mask either. Shit felt like a modern open world game with the focus being on the world and the extra stuff moreso than the main quest. And I never loved the timer for the days.

You are wrong about Skyward Sword. It was not waggle and had really accurate motion controls that made it a really fun and different experience. I don't think I would want to play all or even most of my games that way, but I love new experiences and I doubt that there was anything even remotely like that before it came out (hell probably not even since). The problem with Skyward Sword was definitely not the controls (which I thought were perfect) but the filler. The game had like 4 or 5 really boring fetch quests or repetitive battles that it did not need. It is also too fucking long. It took me forever to beat that game.

You've said some offensive shit about Nintendo this season Weinke but this just put me off your opinion of videogames proper. Majora's Mask is one of the finest games ever made, nevermind a Zelda title.

Not a single Zelda game is ever gonna be as good as Horizon Zero Dawn. It really is a groundbreaking game.

I think the only valid argument against sodas is some bits of research suggesting that artificial sweeteners might fuck with your insulin which could maybe lead to diabetes.

No game on any non-Switch or VR console is going to be as groundbreaking as Zelda OOT.

I am sure Horizon is an awesome game but don't call it groundbreaking. There has not been anything groundbreaking (gameplay wise) for many years on the main consoles.

The Pats aren't trading Jimmy for anything less than a first round pick. The guy can play and if the Pats don't get a good offer for him they'll simply hold on to him in case something happens to Brady.

I still don't think they should trade him at all (unless they get a stupid good offer).
