Anthem (PC/XB1/PS4, EA/BioWare, Fall 2018) announced, full reveal at Microsoft conf

Yeah everything tomorrow will be about "true 4k". but in the end...you won't see the difference between native 4k on Scorpio and checkerboard 4k on PS4 Pro. It's not like your sitting 5 cm in front off your tv.

Also i don't think much devs will spend their resources to get native 4k on the Scorpio. Most will also use checkerboarding.

Yup.

Not sure what to expect, but I hope it's a bit like SWTOR co-op where you and friends can make choices. Expand on that idea and it could be really cool.

Plus I, a person who works at BioWare, am literally telling you guys it is NOT exclusive :)
But... are you really really sure???

I have a feeling this game is going to be something else and probably will "redeem" BioWare even if it wasn't the "real" BioWare that made MEA anyway.

Mass Effect Andromeda controls super well so I'm excited to see how Anthem turns out. I love the title too. Makes me think of Marathon.

Based on what EA said it sounds like this is built for Scorpio/Pro from the ground up, as someone with the OG PS4 and Xbox One that worries me that the games won't be optimized for those consoles.

Bioware really likes this clenched fists pose along with american football armor

Oh shit. Imagine if it was a game set during the First Contact war on the first alien planet humanity landed on. Like a spin off of the ME franchise.

It's not though and it makes me sad.

I'm not about to get excited or even care about another Bioware game until it actually comes out and I hear some opinions. Not after whats happened the past few years.

Looks generic af

Like a mishmash of a summer blockbuster, anime, mech, and kaiju and everything trope-y in a Western AAA game.

If the monster designs are cool, im in. But I'm Meh for now.

I'll keep an open mind until we see more, but from a logistics viewpoint, I don't know if I have the time to play Destiny and a Destiny-like game from BioWare, if that's the case. Maybe it's just time to retreat to the world of single-player games and stay there.

Thanks for that. I suspected that maybe the multi-platform meant PC, Scorpio, Xbox but good to know that EA isn't going to be money-hatted like SE was with Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Honestly, seems like the bulk of the talent at BioWare are working on this game, which explains the piece of shit Inquisition and Andromeda.

Good get for MS if og ME team behind it. Lay ME to rest now unless its from the same team.

Very smart of EA to capitalize on the inevitable Destiny 2 drought of 2020. I mean, I can't see it come out before that.

Nope, no way they are going to develop a game for years and point to a super little install base, obviously tomorrow will hear a lot about how awesome it will looks on Scorpio, but I'm pretty sure will be fine on PS4/X1 too.

The teaser looks pretty generic tbh.
Let's hope it's a return to form for Bioware, but this didn't exactly make for a strong first impression.
