they're not just voice actors, they're actors period, they remade them in the game, like takeshi kitano and so on

It's the Yakuza 6 Dragon Engine likely meaning 30FPS instead of 60FPS. Hopefully they've refined it a bit because I heard the Y6 load times were bad.
