I was following the TGS conference basis from Oregano, its possible I missed things. :D

Mine was JP third parties, first post-release stream/conference. By those standards Soul Sacrifice would not count(it's Sony published) whereas Fire Emblem Warriors is debatable(Nintendo IP and only Koei Tecmo published in Japan).

Release in Japan

this will never stop being mind blowing.

switch owners, all those that stood in lines, have won lotteries, who have been buying software as it comes, will not have the option to play this game.

but all the dozens of X1 owners will!

HA! take that Nintendo,

unlike Switch, PS4/PC/XboxOne share the same architecture. That means porting any game from PC/PS4 to Xbox One is much cheaper, faster and easier than to Switch.

The only thing that might take some modifications should be the CPU. And that would be far from a hard task given the title.

Not porting to Switch is weird. No other word for it. Porting should cost peanuts.

Plausibly the sixth (of 20) Japanese UE4 Switch game after Yoshi, SMT, Octopath, No More Heroes, and Bloodstained given the previous one was UE3.

Seventh if we assume UE4 DQ11.
yeah,I thought the same too, supporting UE4 and Inti Creates being pretty familiar with the Switch hardware, releasing Gal Gun for it is a pretty no brainer
There's a reason it's one of the only Nintendo published games using physically based rendering. :p

I'm suspicious we might see Metroid Prime 4 and Fire Emblem do so as well, given they don't have obvious Wii U engines to use.
I'm 90% sure that Fire Emblem is going to use UE4 as well
Edit:anyway, any chance of this game being in Sony's conference as well?

Metroid Prime 4 probably isn't included in that 20 UE4 games since there's a fair chance it's Western developed.

Fire Emblem is a bit hard to say since Intelligent Systems does plenty of middleware work so them working on Nintendo's engine isn't too out there especially since it has sounded like Fire Emblem has been in development since somewhere in 2016 at least

Guys because the pennies they will make off the Xbox One version will even offset the light cost of porting it to xbox lol ( in JP of course)

Is Nintendo's stock rising so ridiculous high, only due to Credit Suisse upgrade?
The f**k happened on the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Up 7% in a single day for a company like Nintendo is crazy

Probably more brokers/firms were recommending to buy. It finally broke ¥40,000 per share after quite a few months hovering between ¥37,000 to ¥39,000 so we'll see where it goes from there when Nintendo reports their next earnings results.

It will go down as usual.

Well, that went about as expected...

Yeah... But PS4 lineup is pretty packed until Spring 2017 so i guess they wanted to promote the already announced games.

Also it should be noted that PS4 Pro Monster Hunter Edition is priced at 49.980 Yen while the standard PS4 Pro is priced at 48.578 Yen, so i guess a price cut is coming. Usually a Special Edition console is 5.000-10.000 Yen more expensive.

Pretty much.
I expected more :|

Btw, MHW release date deflate the 1.5 million figure we got from that analyst/firm being reliable even if conservative because applied to a very short timeframe.
Why?

The game isn't included. The console hits in December.

Well, Sony didn't get a much better conference than Nintendo in the end in terms of notable announcements.
Some pretty nice stuff for VR though.
Good release date for MonHun, should allow more sales before the financial results at least.

What's the state of third-parties in Japan, then?

disappointing, to me.
but let's not pretend that PS4 already had a good amount of Japanese games announced and will see announcements at TGS
The former can't be said about Switch AT ALL, the latter we'll see (but Nintendo uses to include relevant third party announcements in their Directs way more than Sony in its conferences)
