Can't wait for them to retcon the ending to the SFII tournament for the 80th time. SFIV's anime prologues were supposed to be the definitive conclusion.
They're not launching the first S3 character a month before S3.
I guess it will be Ryu/Ken, Birdie, Zeku (or maybe Balrog as "Mike"), Sagat.

Geki as an alt-skin for Vega could lead to him getting into the SF1 ladder though.

AE is different, there are a boatload of changes coming with it. They're not going put an S3 character into the S2 framework when they're blowing it all sky high in January.

I want him to at least have a beard.
Hopefully he's dressed like a monk with a full cloak and everything, but for his VT he rips the threads off and his scar glows for the rest of the round.

No, but in 30 minutes there's going to be an MvCI/SFV presentation at the Twitch stage, so maybe something will be revealed there.
Hakan would be cool and he already has a move that would make a perfect V-Skill.

What are Abigail and Laura?
Both of these characters cease to function without the threat of their various command grabs. Laura's mixups become weak (just block until she runs out of EX meter). Abigail's run becomes worthless (just stand block). These characters are "true" grapplers.

Nice work man. Although Ive never been an advocate for Arcade Mode this does sound brilliant and Im happy for those that have finally got it.
