Because blacks had worse conditions and higher poverty rates and still do to this day. IQ is relative and compared against the mean, thus the mean has better more developed lives and anything below that, unless modernized as a whole will have lower ratings. That's just what all the data shows.

I've already talked extensively about prenatal care being a significant factor. Black Americans conditions are better than the average African but worse than the average white or European. The poverty rates are higher and prenatal and living conditions are worse.

I don't understand what is the problem in accepting that people with different ancestors who lived in different places and adapted to that surrounding have differences in their bodies.
If it is so that on average people with certain ancestry are different in some aspects then it is so. It in itself shouldn't be a problem.

It becomes a problem only when people start to give those certain aspects too much value. It especially becomes a problem if any sort of eugenics thinking gets mixed with that.

Being part of people who are faster/slower runners on average means nothing and makes you no better or worse human than others. That's not how statistical analysis works.

If you're not testing based on class and just race, you get 1000 random white people and 1000 random black people. in those 1000 white people maybe 30% of them are middle class while the 1000 black people only 10% are middle class. Without accounting for that the results are skewed.

I also said that it seems that the effect due to Environment seems to be absolutely dominating over any other contributors to the difference.


Since intelligence is a trait just like every other trait, it stands for reason that there will be small biological differences between races. Just like for every other trait among humans.
Or is your theory that intelligence is unique in that it is the singular only trait where there are no differences?

Do you have a study that proves there is NO difference in genetics in this area? No?


I think you make the mistake that you believe there is a link between intelligence and a persons worth as a human.
That is a grave mistake because that leads to thinking that Down's Syndrome children are less human and worth less than normal children.

All humans are equal regardless of traits or other differences.
