Best thing to do is to register your disagreement and then move on.

If this is about the Overwatch or Call of Duty LGBTQ character stuff then I can guarantee you that plenty of people will agree with your views. For some who are on the fence just seeing your point of view is useful in making up their own minds.

These are nice goals, and personally I've never told any man he can't do those things, but can we also allow men to play football, do DIY, enjoy a bit of rough-housing, geek out on computers, take the piss out of each other, sort an argument out with a quick row/fight and move on rather than let it fester and engage in social bullying as women tend to do, and do the generally stereotypical man stuff as well? Because the problem is that we seem to have, if anything, swung the other way such that the only side of manliness that's allowed is what you describe, while the other aspects of masculinity become verboten.
