They dominate multiple other markets and I wouldn’t want them to dominate the gaming market too. Sony also changed gaming for everyone. We would be a generation or two behind if they didn’t come to the gaming market.

Note that the plural of ‘consoles’ is used, suggesting that both the next-gen Xbox and PlayStation will make use of AMD’s RDNA 2 architecture.

probably the worst possible scenario for gamers. Any monopoly is bad. It stops innovation. Eg. We don’t know how online gaming would look on consoles if not for Microsoft. I know that for some odd reasons people don’t like ms as a company, but hoping for others to fail is childish..

I wouldn't want any console maker to be out. We, as customers, definitely don't want a monopoly. It's never good for us. Having more means we see them push each other further trying to one up the competition. We don't want laziness.

I don't understand that point of view, especialy with most people saying they want the competitors to deliver products that are so close that you can buy either without seeing any diference. So you want competition but not too much, so we don't lose a competitor ?
Online gaming was a thing before MS came into the game, and it would have most likely been a thing without them.
We could consider that Steam has been in monopoly state for a long period of time, yet they added many features to their service for free ( more like the 30% they take on what they sell ).
Monopoly has less to do with innovation than it has to do with economic domination.
There would be no issue at all with a 12tf vs 20tf unless the 20tf is cheaper or at the same price as the 12tf, and even then it depends if the one really fucking with the customer is not the 12tf being overpriced.
Appreciate that. Honestly, we do our best and you know I just share what I think on any subject. I'm not really hardcore into any of the current machines, to be honest, my real love remains focused on older platforms - especially older Sega machines. That's where I spend most of my gaming money + free-time, at least.
Either way, with all this virus shit has only further increased anxiety for me (was always an issue but it's increased now) and I kinda feel like none of this console war shit even matters anymore. It's really changed my whole viewpoint on it. So, for those watching, take things as you like but try to not take it too seriously. It's just not that important.

Regarding XSX, one thing I really hope they do is make their controllers less noisy. My xbone controllers are so loud at night they're too annoying. My wife complains all the time tells me the noise does her head in and asks if I can do something about it. She even moved to the other room!

- There are files in wrong folders, there are sub folders and wrong folders. Again, when people say these are legitimate, they mean that this is what is legitimately in the files, not that the files are correct or accurate all the time.
- The biggest issue is that they claim Spakrman (Lockhart) is 56CUs. Every reason you have to believe Oberon is PS5, you have to believe that Sparkman is Lockhart. Sparkman BC mode indicates it can replicate a One S.
2. The leaks if taken at face value, fly in the face of every credible insider we have, including develeper sources and industry sources, that say the Series X and PS5 are very close in power.

Thanks! This is interesting as we're trying to think of such things - what makes sense to cover next-gen? We're looking at new ways to handle resolution as well - in a more visual way. Maybe latency is something too? We'll see what is possible but loading makes sense. I assume everything will be very fast, though, if they're using such fast storage.

We had another one Sdfc Sdf idk something like that. Seemed like he had legit info and then he post the ps5 dev kit that was already posted online. tried to crop/cover the image. But he got exposed real fast. To many photoshop pros here
