There probably won't be too many PS5 AAA exclusives in that first two years as Sony is usually slow out of the blocks. One more factor in this 12tf vs 10tf, we don't know if big navi is as efficient as medium, we all remember vega (I'm sure it's not like that but several percent can be lost because of more cu's to feed).
Sony flat out stated that their testing showed their design should be more efficient than a wider slower chip (XsX GPU), the question is how much.

That's Sonys Job and responsibility to show that effectively with bells, whistles, sparks. They can create any additional PS5 reveal/event anytime anywhere, but their silence is just genius marketing.

Wrong. PC GPUs being compared are not identical. For example 2080 Ti with lower clock but much higher CUs have a bump in specs across the board compared to higher-clocked 2080s, so the comparison is not valid.
You need to find two GPUs, one with higher clock and less CUs, but identical in every other area, then compare.

My prediction for PS5 would be useless screen on DS5, no 8k120fps for hardcore gamers, V design (who cares how a console looks, keep it cold), most likely new PS+ prices because o f the coronavirus.

Seems like both parties realized this gen wouldn't be a huge leap because it would not be practical. It would cost too much or be physically huge because of the cooling solution or both! So they are trying to make up for it with fast memory. That is why neither machine has the traditional large pool of ram coupled with a large slow hard drive.
It's still a big comprimise now matter how you cut it. Even if it's something as simple as how you store all your games on a rather small SSD, Gonna be a weird generation.

Could be some of that. Fanboys here, there, everywhere. But much off it could also be genuine, not all are shackled to keeping a low profile so as not to alienate the other side.
My assessment based on simple truths; devs have been technically shackled for generations. This gen represents a paradigm shift of significant substance, and they have every right to be excited.
Keeping in mind, XsX does offer this too. Just nowhere near the competition.

If they were serious about it they would be praising both, flat out, but they're not. It's super one dimensional fluffing for a singular product with motivation behind it. Both are an incredible step forward, both will be lightning fast, and for Microsoft's side there's more going on with the system memory and that wider bus relative to the SSD than just the bandwidth suggests, it's highly intentional.
