What is the best place to buy PSN Digital Codes that's not Amazon?

I've been purchasing PSN Digital Codes since the PS4 released (or I think even earlier) from Amazon. I am not in the US but I have a US PSN account because I opened it when I was living there. Since PS Store doesn't allow to use international cards (which I think it's stupid), Amazon was a very simple way to do it. Also, redeeming codes has gotten even easier overtime.

However, for some reason I can't get Amazon to confirm the order. They are saying the issue is with the card even though I have used the same one for several years. I contacted customer support and said that it is probably because I need a US card to buy them. Either that's new (my last purchase was in June when TLOU2 was released), or he just doesn't know.

Either way, I would like to know what other places I could buy digital codes. I don't know if the Amazon issue will be fixed or can be fixed, so I would like a different options just in case.

Today, I tried Newegg, but while the order was confirmed, the delivery of the codes is not immediate like Amazon.

Would you please recommend me places to keep buying Digital Codes? Is Best Buy a good option? (I just saw they do have Digital Codes too).

Thank you all!

While I've only ever used them for non-U.S. point cards, I usually order international cards from Play Asia (for clarity, if necessary, they do offer U.S. cards). I've always received prompt service by email and haven't had any issues with them.

Make sure to choose the region, or at the least keep make sure the one you click on says your region. Its 6-8% off in the UK depending on the amount bought.
