The other day I was scratching my back and as I was rubbing/scratching it a pain shot through my back and my back was really sore and stiff for a few days. It feels somewhat better now, but it's still stiff, and I still have these pains that I get at random points in my back. Like I feel it into my ribs and sometimes into my shoulder blades.
Have no idea wtf I did to it, this is so weird. I was leaning forward when I was scratching because it was kind of in an odd spot. Maybe I strained it, I don't know. Never had back issues before either.

Podcasts have been a godsend to me, but lately I feel like I've been getting podcast burnout. And I have a diverse listening too, so it's not even that I'm worn out of one genre. I guess everyone hits a wall at some point with one form of entertainment or another. The only one I listen to beginning to end each week lately is Tim Dillon just because it's basically a one hour of comedic nonsense.
I love listening to podcasts though, especially while gaming if the game I'm playing isn't dialogue or music intensive. But lately I've found almost every episode a bore and irritating.
