Ubisoft announced that its Ubisoft+ subscription service will be coming to Xbox in the future. Originally launched for PC, the service allows access to more than 100 Ubisoft titles at a single monthly cost, with games and DLC available on launch day, and monthly rewards including cosmetics, boosters, in-game items, and more.

I've never really understood Ubisoft+. Their games drop in price so quickly, if you can wait a month or two after a game launches you can usually get them for half off or more. I guess if there was something you REALLY wanted to play at launch, you could sub for a month and then buy the game when your time was up, you'd probably come out ahead.

I'm certainly not going to subscribe to this as every ubisoft game is better after six months when they patch lots of bugs and games drop in price and at that point it isn't worth it. If I was so hyped to play a ubi game at lunch, maybe it would be worth it. I hope they add some lower tier to gamepass as I really enjoy ubisoft games even though I'm aware they're mostly the same.

It's not included in gamepass, and also, ubisoft+ doesn't have seperate tiers, it's one sub for day one access to everything.

I'd argue its the "worst deal in gaming" since you can get their games for bargain bin prices after only a few months
