Temp can feel like 22/25 IF out out of this ongoing wind we're having. Doenst rain really but who knows? It's a dry heat so less rain I suppose. 19:21 now I'm on balcony with sweatpants and light sweater. But when your moving around it's different ofcourse, plus; city's are warmer right?
