Russia begins Invasion of Ukraine

I am curious how Microsoft will handle this situation. The game has been anounced for Gamepass...
Microsoft will continue to ignore it the best they can - Until they can't. It's a race to launch date now whether someone will be able to pressure them into open their mouths and do something. Mundfish is operating and developing in Moscow, ruZZia. During the nine months of ruZZias murder, torture, rape in Ukraine they have made zero effort to calm their potential western customers. ZERO. Mundfish have Atomic Heart exclusivity deals with US sanctioned CEO of VK (ruZZia's facebook), there are links to buying ads in DPR.

IDK.. I can't see how I'd be able to buy this game until something is said or heard, I don't like the thought of sponsoring ruZZian missiles to kill Ukrainian civilians. Also considering the game being chock-full of Soviet symbolism and glorification, I wouldn't be able to stomach it without being able to blow it all up like in the Wolfenstein games.

Fuck Russia and their people!
They deserve everything they get at this point!
I hope your demographics collapse, you starve in the streets, freeze in your homes, and the widows and orphans of Putin's mobilization find no comfort outside of death.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Slava Ukraini!
what the fuck? Are you a ukraini?

This guy has made quite a few of these videos and most people, unsurprisingly, will not comment. The only people who support it are old people but there are a number of people who outright disagree with what Russia is doing.

I don't think the majority of Russians would support what Putin is doing, most people want peace. Just like when the US invaded Iraq and Afghanistan because reasons.

No need for the false equivalence at the end there.

They sure don't seem to be doing anything about it. In fact, for any video that we see folks pushing against the war we see a dozen others of them supporting it.

And they've been happy with Crimea, Georgia, and all the other invasions. This time they just fucked around and found out.

decent summary of where Russia’s economy is today

…all of which, of course, is exactly what NATO want.

Once you stop seeing the liberation of Ukraine as the motivation for involvement, and start seeing the destruction of the Russian state as the motivation instead, everything about NATO‘s actions thus far makes perfect sense.

Lukashenko jumps out, of a window

Lukashenko is hit by a car

Lukashenko falls a sleep while smoking

Only time will tell...

Nah, but I'm stuck on the same rock with these fucking asshole Russians. So the sooner they're out of the picture the world will be a better place.
the orphans of the mobilized had nothing to do with putin's bullshit now did they? Neither did the vast majority of people who live in russia. I have a feeling none of you would do in their place what you want them to do. Not to mention most of them are neck deep in propaganda.

Doesn't really matter since we ain't them. We do know students in HK and women in Iran show bigger balls. So who knows - but what we do know is they aren't even batting an eye at this point or at any other point.

Edit: My point...

Probably better to be an orphan than raped and burned, though.

It’s been a while since an orc supporter did the whole “won’t somebody think of the Russians?” schtick. Good times.

Judging by the Russian losses lately it's pretty clear their infantry are attacking without the support of helis, planes or ground vehicle's. Why the ground freezes over they'll probably start using ground vehicle's again at least.

Mr. Community
Earlier in the week there was noise about vilshana being liberated and today the town was in the official list of places shelled by the orcs.

As of now the state of vilshana is dubious, but it's big news that there was enough of a breakthrough that the orcs felt the need to shell it: the town is in the corner of Kharkiv that's still in russian hands. This corner matters because as of now it's the buffer between ukrainian forces and Troitske, the entrypoint for the last railway that connects the north of ukraine with russia still in russian hands. Losing troitske would mean russians would have to move all their current logistics east. The only other railway from russia into luhanks is by luhanks city itself so the majority of the oblast would have greatly weakened logistics.

Nearby settlements to keep an eye out for in reports: Lyman Pershyi, Horobivka, Tavilzhanka, Dvoriche, Hrianykivka.

Looks like Bakhmut is going to fall soon.

I don't see that happening anytime soon. Russians have captured a bit more land to the south thanks to the experienced reinforcements from Kherson but they're still far from reaching the city or completing any kind of encirclement of it.

The War In Ukraine Changed These Russian Dev’s Lives. Mobilisation Is Making Them Much Worse (kotaku.com.au)

Embarassing, Ukrainians suffer, but lets talk about those good Russians

Instead of interviewing Ukranian devs like Frogwares or GSC Game World who are likely struggling right now they decide to try and make us feel sorry for the Russians? Kotaku really has some explaining to do....
