what, why? If I think it's shit, I'll call it shit. No reason for having to "deal with it".
And same goes for every game. We as consumers should be able to criticize whatever we don't like.
You saying it's shit, doesn't make it so.
"we consumers" complaining is a different thing than criticizing.
It's not shit. What is shit? A character that talks and jokes around? That would eliminate 95% of games.
The problem I see here is that people don't like the game because they want character to be silent, to be this or to be that.
You don't go to a fucking cinema and complain about everything on the screen. You watch what was prepared for you by quentin tarantion and don't try to correct every decision director made.
There are unlimited amount of games that fit your tastes. You screaming at few games that are not up to your tastes, will only make games more bland and samey. Everything will be the same if developers listened to consumers.
We wouldn't get tlou2 because:
-Abby is ellies gay mother (yes, this was real rumor)
-Abby is trans
-People can't accept story told to them. They want story they imagined in their head.
We wouldn't get Death stranding 2 because it's cringe and walking simulator. according to gamers they should add more shooting and action!!! map is empty! add more stuff!!!
Closed consumers are wrong. They only think they know what they want because they compare it to things they experienced before.
Developers/artists/directors can do whatever they want.
We should be happy it's not another call of duty and looter shooter.
