You waltzed in here acting like you're smarter than everyone, I think that's part of the problem. Also, we've seen NT's capabilities in the gameplay reveal, that's also a part of why you should dial back on the condescending attitude.

On the other hand. It's not like this is Ninja Theory their own tech. It's Meta Human so every capable studio can produce this quality. Heck you can play with it for yourself since Metahuman is free to use for everyone.

It would be more impressive if this was their own in-house engine/tech. It was just a demonstration of the new UE5. We will see more games in the coming year which all will use meta human.

NT really need to show the game now and not some techdemo every year.

This woman won both The Game Awards and BAFTA trophies for Best Performer in Hellblade 1 by "overacting" way more than this. Nobody had any of this energy then.

I never even saw the word "overacted" when the first Hellblade 2 teaser dropped (with the Senua close-up of her making super exaggerated vowel sounds with her mouth during the chant)?

Anyway..boy oh boy, I can not wait for this next gameplay trailer.

The first Hellblade was even worse. But she's not an actress, she is their PR or something, maybe she has improved her skill between the two games. But she's definitely not Cate Blanchett.

Good thing is a Gamepass title, so even if the gameplay is crap I will play it for the graphics. If I paid 70€ for The Order I sure will play this for free.

They are showing the same person with some issues screaming in the camera for several years now, but with a engine and tool everyone can use. I compare it with Quantic Dream which was using in-house tech.

Wow that looks amazing. Ninja Theory are truly the kings of graphics, really nobody else comes close. I can't wait to play this game. I didn't think I'd like the first one but I ended up loving it. It was such an emotional journey.

Because the work of facial and movement capture in the Studio that Ninja theory owns has nothing to do with it, right??? You might see UE5 games with characters with levels of fidelity and facial detail of that level or higher. Another thing will be the level of facial animations that depends on the work and time in a facial and motion capture studio.

Agreed, kinda like Guerrilla, technically great, everything else not so much, not bad but not great either.
