Yeah. I’m running on the 1 hour lunch break, roughly 6km, takes about 30 minutes, 40 including the shower, 20 minutes left to eat. Feels great and at my age that’s what gives the best result since I can’t expect to build any Schwarzenegger muscles. 1-3 times per week has been enough to shave off the belly.
