The Popeye's on base in Korea would deliver. It was so great having Popeye's brought to my door. I remember two guys I hung out with ordered 100 biscuits and sat there in their rooms for a week playing WoW and eating biscuits all day.
KFC? I like it well enough. I just wish the one near me had Boneless Honey BBQ Wings. Only bone-in wings, and I won't eat 'em. The grilled chicken there is pretty good though IMO.

Popeyes ain't nothing special. I like the taste of KFC better but both are pretty bad for you.

Me and a 2 friends did a fast-food chicken taste test a couple months back where we rated them based off of a chicken leg and a biscuit. Popeyes came out on top on both categories and KFC was dead last. Not only that for 3 legs and 3 biscuits, KFC was almost twice as much as everywhere else!

It's been several years since I've had Popeye's, but I do remember the chicken being tasty and I loved the cajun fries. Still, I do quite enjoy KFC; so much so that my wife recently started saying "anything but KFC" whenever we're thinking about getting take-out and I ask for her opinion.

KFC is a greasy pile of soggy skin and sad meat. Popeye's is much better, but still not nearly as good as homemade.
I do enjoy a Church's biscuit with some jam. Yum!

No longer that 20 minutes ago did I just have a KFC's Big Daddy Box meal, which was proper tasty.

Tough one for me... Popeyes spicy chicken is ace. Their biscuits are amazing. KFC grilled is consistently good and original that has just been cooked is godly. Plus in the UK, you have the almighty zinger tower burger.

Popeye's most definitely. Those 8 Piece chicken for less than 10 bucks is top tier and the chicken isn't any worse for it (unless you prefer white meat and they're out).
