Wait...it was not running at 60fps to begin with? The originally PSP Ridge Racer was amazing. Also, anyone know why it is not out for the Vita Launch? And further more, where are all these 20+ launch titles? At most, there are about 12 at retail at the moment.

Alright, so yesterday I cancelled my Wifi pre-order and re-ordered it with a 4gig card from Amazon in order to take advantage of the free 4gig deal. Then I found out today that Amazon was giving people 20 dollars credit who didn't get the memory card deal. I was kinda pissed because I have no use for the 4gig card really and would have loved to have had the 20 dollars credit instead. Just received an email from Amazon giving me the 20 dollars credit. So I can't say enough how much I love Amazon.

The credit is only good on Vita games or accessories though, which is fine since I need a case.

Amazon just gave me my $20 credit for preordering a wifi vita. I even got a free memory card out of it and they still gave me credit. Lmao

It couldn't feel the same. I'm not a PC gamer, but I appreciate 60fps; especially in games like Ninja Gaiden and DMC.
Game should be running at 60fps and there's no excuse for that to not be the case.

Useless aren't they. There are a few other people in my village with a similar surname to mine, so we often end up with their mail shoved through our door.

Too late for a case for me, but maybe I'll use this on Gravity Rush or something. Going to see what happens with prices/games in the buy two get one deal later today.

Well I decided to get it after all. I had some 360 games and a few PS3 games that I have not played in ages and been doing more PC gaming now than on consoles, so that made it a bit easier to swallow the expense...so I am sitting here with my new 3g/wi-fi unit, got the last copy of VT4 and they discounted it for me since it was opened (it was the display one) and got a carry case that holds the unit, power adapter, holds 19 games and 2 memory cards. The case that holds the unit actually removes from the main hold so if you want to carry just the unit and nothing more you can...the seperate removable system holder also has space to hold 4 games as well.

Have not opened anything yet, spent some time talking with the guys at the Store. There were only about 15 people in total which for a console launch was not very good for this particular store which usually has very large turnouts for system/game launches.

Anyways, about to unbox everything and start setting it up. Going to get Ninja Gaiden tomorrow. I do wish more games were out that were originally announced. With all the talk of people saying it was the best launch, it seems that was pre-mature because alot of games that should have been out are actually not out.

My best friend works in the electronics department in Target right across the street from where I work, so I'll have him attempt to talk me out of it. If he can't, well at least I'll save 15% on all my loot.

well fred meyers midnight launch was kinda awesome, they gave away the (crappy) $20 official case and a $25 dollar gift card with each vita and then had 15% off videogame accessories which worked on the memory cards. Got the case, a wifi system, and a 16 gig card for 300 bucks in WA (which I'm pretty happy with since I dont have tax free Amazon in WA).

i wonder if instead of going to the trouble of factory resting yr vita ...can you just say down loa the demo from yr ps3 via yr alternate account ...and just sync it over when logged in on yr ps3 with yr reg account ....

for demos at least

So Dynasty Warriors NEXT looks pretty good on the Vita. Gameplay is still DW but I think anyone buying it isn't expecting anything else.

Do save games made on the psp transfer across and work on the Vita? Or will I have to start my psp games again? I know some psp games wouldn't let you play your save on another psp system, such as Tekken DR. Do they all work?

Can you list the difficulty options? I played the original Ninja Gaiden on the original Xbox and loved the game...it was a fucking real bitch to beat and something that challenging on a handheld would seem a little toouch being that buttons and the sticks are small. I though I heard there was a easier mode in the game...also what does this game offer/added from the original game?

when i purchased my ps3 6 years ago i created a Lebanese account, this account holds all my saves and all my trohies and i play online through it but you cant access the store with it (sony should fix this because half the world countries accounts cant access the store).
So i created a US account and UK account in order to be able to redeem codes, purchase games, and download demos,,,,

So my question is, i want my ps3 trophies and vita trophies to be on the same account, what should i do ? if anyone is close to sony can you please tell them to make the Store accessible to all countries.

It's a really beautiful system but I'm feeling incredibly ripped off for paying finnish retail price for the unit, 313 euros for a wifi Vita + a 8gb memory card. :lol

So much for getting Ridge Racer...wow what a cluster fuck. 3 tracks and another 3 or so downloadable..I mean, this must be the worst content wise racing game ever made...and no real single player campaign mode? Really?? One of the games I was looking forward the most on the Vita too...just had too many great memories of the the orignal that cmae out for the PSP when the PSP came out.

Just came home from Game with my Vita. They told me Lumines, Ninja Gaiden and Rayman were delayed. Funny how they weren't delayed over in HMV !!

Got a 3G, starter pack, 16GB card and 15 (yes) games, the last 6 months of saving has been worth it!!

Just the system updates to complete now!!!

Anyone get the F1 game yet? I need a good racing game now that it is confirmed that Ridge Racer is a piece of shit. Not really into the Wipeout games, although it looks fucking great..just never been into the wholve hover vehicle racing games. I know that Aphalt game is shit as well, so that only leaves F1, but cant find any impressions of it on the net.

Also, since I only had my PSP for the 1st year it was out, what are some of the best PSP games that work on the Vita?
