Doesn't he live in LA? He was at the Launch Event in LA and asked Ellis if I could get a hoodie. Oh... Even if he lives in SF, he will never be invited to such a event because of this question. I'm sorry Xand.

I'm hoping its more than just gameplay we see on Monday.
I want some info on the changes they are making to improve the multiplayer from what Reach was.
Halo Reach looked awesome until we actually played it.
And even then, in the beta, it seemed pretty fun!

But then the fun wore out really quickly after launch...

what's up with all the fancy lights and sofas and stuff. I feel like if I had to write about games I'd want a quiet room where I could get a good feel of the preview build in order to write an article. Then again this is probably why I'm not a games journalist.

IDK what is going on with the Orange though at the middle table..

Any meetup info will be added there. I was waiting to see if any Halo events are announced (panels/tournaments/etc.), but I'd like to plan two events:

- A large Halo Community meetup, if no one else plans one. (Maybe make it a lunch or dinner.)
- A small HaloGAF lunch or dinner.

- I assume someone from HBO will come up with meetup plans for that group. If not, I'd be up for that as well (or maybe combine it with one of the above).

There is a panel on Friday at 8:30 that features community managers from HBO, GrifballHub, and RoosterTeeth. Perhaps a Halo Community dinner beforehand at 7pm? If we could use the food court or one of the BCEC rooms I'd be willing to get a bunch of pizzas delivered...

Really, I just want to plan an event because I came up with the perfect title.

Agreed, except for the cities. Finished Brotherhood a couple weeks ago and I missed being able to run all the way across the city on rooftop

I've already begun putting feelers out to organize an HBO meet up, so if you want to coordinate with me about details to maximize everyone's time, that might be good.

I'm going to urge GrimI, Rukizzel and others to the meeting. If they don't want to come with me, I'm going to fart the whole night. They will definitely die.

Also realize that when most people complain about you being too weak in Reach, that those complaints dont typically extend to power weapon use. I mean a lot of his kills in that montage where snipes. No one is complaining that the sniper is too weak in Reach lol. But there were no moments where he really impressed me because of movement and just flat out being a beast with the DMR, I dont think ive ever seen a gameplay clip that made the DMR and movement seem interesting. Thats not even meant as an insult to the montage, that montage was brilliant, especially due to the short time it was put together in, im just commenting that the multiplayer Spartans are pathetic. :(

It's still Halo: Reach.

Hopefully, 343 Industries' experience with the TU has encouraged them to continue making future iterations of Halo versatile games that can cater to a wide variety of styles and interests.

I'm pretty good at doing that. I'll be creating a Halo 4 hub on FUD with every link, screenshot, video. If it's released, you'll find a link to it on the FUD Hub.

I might just also stick up a chatroom too for the day.

Don't tell anyone, but the Halo.Bungie.Org forum has a secret "front" page that is usually updated with the latest Halo info.

Yeah as long as it was only Halo 4 info... that would be great. Typically there's a lot of other community stuff in the mix (which there should be; not knocking it), but Monday, I'm just looking for Halo 4 stuff from the Showcase, that's it. I know it'll be there, so I'll check there as well. But I've been pleasantly surprised with Dani's work covering these things in the past, so I'll likely be using his site as a first stop.

You have to go into your prefs and set your front page to classic/bb/stack list style/oldest to newest, otherwise it is just a series of hexagons.

Man, I'm bummed I didn't get 3 day passes when they were available, but I just didn't have the money then. I still would like to go, but I'm afraid it may be unreasonable at this point. I may still try to figure something out though.

I'd recommend you to be fast. The saturday passes are nearly sold out and it is going to be more expensive. Still thanks to Duncan for buying a 3-Day pass for me.
