The older SFII characters (e.g., champion Bison or Dhalsim) can crush the Super Turbo characters quite easily. Super Turbo characters have more moves and a super, but they don't dizzy other characters as easily, their throw range is shorter, and they deal less damage.

That's bullshit. There is nothing from the SNES games in Hyper SF2.
