Microsoft just released their PR statement for the month. It's all in the NPD prediction thread. We don't 100% know that Xenoblade isn't #3 (should know any second though) but it is looking very unlikely. :/

I'd take a Metroid Prime 1 completely rebuilt from the ground up on the WiiU. And i'd also take a Prime 4 but hasn't most of the mp1 team left retro?

The idea of the call to adventure does not have to come when the protagonist is young but is preferable. A scenario of the old link can occur this way. Young link has the experience of the call to adventure but rejects it along the way upon forst meeting the a magical helper or old sage (first dungeon) a misfortune is cast upon him whether through injury to himself or a loved one and his call is ceased. Link goes back to the area of the known world to continue his life.
As time goes on a great cataclysm befalls his known world sending it into chaos. Many years habe passed and link us old enough to pass on his legacy but it has not happened. he is old and battle weary as although he refused the call he chose a different life as a soldier. The call to adventure is set for a second time when the son of his childhood love who he never wed is taken by a great evil while trying to save his beloved.
As a promise that he has made in the past and in repect for his past love he embarks on a quest to save and protect the young lovers but is once again called to adventure, to fulfill the duty of his destiny. Once again he meets with. the sage and you go back to the origin of your first trial (first dungeon) where memories of the rejectiom of the call come flooding back.
Memories of regret and a lust and desire to fulfill one's destiny come flooding back and a trial like no other is placed on the protagonist in which he passes while also learning of the seeming connection of the young lovers and his own destiny. Deep in the forest out of place and out of time, the old link finally accepts the call and is violently flung into the abysss.

Imagine what would happen if peter pan grew up and was called back to neverland having only ever experienced it once as a youth, then to be called back as an older man seemingly out of place to his own calling.
Thematically it is something that the directors of the game are probably going through now at this stage of theor life and it might relate to them in a way where they can write an old link story. it will end with an oot ending seemingly but it will be bitter sweet as it will fulfill the destiny of the old link to his death as a sacrifice to save his world but the reward is his eternal youth in death to bear witness to the final battle against the great evil.

There's absolutely no way E3 won't be any form of entertainment this year. There's simply too many intense expectations going around.
Things will be interesting either way, good or bad.

I plan on getting the Wii U version as long it runs well on the hardware. The tablet screen could really help the enjoyment one can have with this title, I'd imagine.

Saw that already, I like the randomness of the setting, looks fun and funny.
Yeah, i can't wait to experience the "eagle eye" mode on the padlet, those snowy or urban landscapes are already nice through this traditional third-person view, i'm sure they will gain another charm while being seen from a top camera.

Hopefully AC3 is the true sequel it sounds like. Got sick and tired of the milking during brotherhood, didn't even think about wanting to play revelations.

I love the Revolutionary War setting. Its really gotten my interest in AC up, as I enjoyed the games but have gone pretty lukewarm to the series lately.

Xenoblade is only sold through Nintendo and Gamestop. That cuts down the number of copies that can be sold.
I had mine pre-ordered on amazon, but it was canceled after the exclusivity announcement was made.
I live overseas and neither Nintendo nor Gamestop lets me use my international card. So I'll have to wait until a cheap one appears on ebay.

How nice to get excited about a cutting edge 3rd party title! Looks pretty cool.
Can't wait to see those games running on Wii U and/or playing (gasp!) demos.

Why would anyone expect Xenoblade Chronicles to be a big seller, when it was only available straight from Nintendo or from GameStop Preorder? You know how many extra copies of Xenoblade my Gamestop got in? Not one. They only ordered enough for preorders. Also, Nintendo barely marketed it in the US, they didn't do any commercials like they did in Europe (though they did actually put it on their Facebook page surprisingly enough).
